Overall , we loved our stay here. The hotel seems new or at least newly renovated (not sure) and the staff are friendly, the room was clean, the location is great! A few minutes to Ruins and Senado Square, lots of bus stops and restaurants nearby. The bed is comfortable. Toiletries are provided except for Q-tips. Good wifi as well.We took a taxi going to this hotel as we arrived at 9pm and we did not know how to navigate the bus system yet, the fare from airport to hotel was 122 MOP. The taxi fare to the HK Bus Terminal is 100 MOP.Pro Tip: If you are taking the Ferry to HK, make sure to communicate it in Chinese (written, verbal, screenshots) to the taxi driver so you don’t end up in the bus terminal like us! 😂It would be nice if the toilets have bidet. And cutleries should be provided or at least a teaspoon for coffee. They provide slippers, small bottles of water, coffee mugs, and water kettle for the guest but no coffee. They also have hair dryer but no cloth irons. What I most loved here are the socket outlets and USB charging points provided! They have lots in the room so you can charge all your devices at the same time!We would love to stay here again as it was affordable and have exceeded our...
Read moreI enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Macao. I was a bit unsure when reading about previous reviews, but I didn't experience any issue during my stay. It is true that rooms are not very well sound insulated, and one night I woke up at 4am because some people were speaking loudly and moving in the room, but it was impossible to determine from which room it came and I could not ask them to stop, however, I think it is also client's responsibility to not talk loudly in the middle of the night and not hotel's fault. The room was small but very clean and had everything I needed, a desk, a comfy bed, water kettle, space to store my luggage and a bathroom with a good shower, the only thing I would change is the shower curtain.I had no problem checking-in at around 10pm and the location of the hotel is very convenient to explore the historic city centre. I would come back...
Read moreSo I decided to stay another at this hotel because Macau is so fun! Anyway, the hotel is fine and the room is hygienic. When you enter the building go up immediately to the first floor where the reception is. I spoke Cantonese with them. And with other guests they spoke Mandarin too. English is basic but should be OK. The superior twin room was good and clean, and has a small desk and chair if you need to do some work. Wish I had a room with a proper view, but that’s the price I paid. The hotel location is very convenient. You’re literally a handful of minutes away from great cheap restaurants, money exchanges and historical sights. There’s also a bus stop outside that will take you straight to the southern part of Macau Taipa if needed. Will not hesitate to stay here again if I have another...
