The Luun Hostel — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

Great staff but poor facility. We found the people working at The Luun lovely to deal with and they welcomed us with a smile and were very helpful. However, the building itself let this place down. It looks quaint but it is a wooden structure so you can hear people matching socks in any of the rooms near you! We stayed in private room and the linen was clean and fresh but the shower was cold. I absolutely recommend this hostel. It looks like the people working there really love their jobs. A very great team! They are always attentive and if they know that people e.g. go to the airport at the same time, they bring them together to safe money. That's how good service looks like! There is only one shower for both the dorms and the private rooms and even it doesn't have hot water. The beds are a lot smaller then they look in the pictures and the customer service is some of the worst we've seen in 8 months of traveling south America. if you want a refund for any nights you booked it's impossible, and there's in no Manager...
