Bueno la comida de este restaurante.. buena !! Pero la pueden mejorar y los precios pues bien.

El mesero que nos atendio tuvo un detalle todo feo. Todo iba bien, pues pedi un aji de cierto nivel de picante muy bajito y se le pidio el favor varias veces que fuera el menos picante y me trajo un picante nivel 3 y me pico horrible la boca que de verdad me hizo llorar. Se le hizo el llamado de atencion y al parecer lo hizo de adrede. Eso no me parece bien. Que irrespetuoso y no me parecio para nada esa atencion del muchacho que grosero con los clientes..🥴 De resto bien aseado el restaurante y baño tambien. Todos los meser@s atentos con los clientes. The truth is, the food is good!! The waiter who served us had a very ugly detail. Everything was going well, because I asked for a chili with a certain level of very low spiciness and I asked him a favor several times to make it the least spicy and he brought me a level 3 spiciness and my mouth was horribly stung which really made me cry. He was called out and it seems he did it on purpose. That doesn't seem right to me. How disrespectful and I didn't think the boy's attention at all was so rude to the customers..🥴 The rest of the restaurant and bathroom were also well cleaned. All waiters are attentive...

Pero esto no es lo que hace que mi evaluación sea tan baja, ni lo que me motiva a escribir aquí. Lo que hace que mi evaluación sea tan baja, lo que más me molestó y lo que me hace escribir acá fue al final cuando estaba pagando. Me hacen una sugerencia de pagar el servicio. Este pago NO ES OBLIGATORIO por lo que decidí no pagarlo. Cuando me estaba yendo escuché que entre ellos discutían "¿Que había pasado con el señor para que no pague el servicio?", pues fácil NO ES OBLIGATORIO NO DEBE HABER NINGUNA RAZÓN Y ESCARBAR EN LOS MOTIVOS ES MOLESTO. Ustedes aceptan o no el pago VOLUNTARIO y si algo está mal ustedes preguntan porque quieren mejorar, lo hacen entonces con amabilidad, no a modo de interrogatorio ni tratando de crear un tema o un problema entre ustedes.

Ahora bien: el servicio puede ser genial y la comida puede mejorar PERO ESO NO OBLIGA AL CLIENTE A PAGAR EL SERVICIO VOLUNTARIO. Ustedes no se ofenden si alguien no paga, lo aceptan y agradecen al que...

They talked me out of the spiciest… but wish I would of gotten the spiciest! ;)

My server was amazing. Loved the sauces, blue cheese, and veggies… but the chicken wings were pretty small.

I had a wonderful experience because of the ambiance and hospitality...
