I came here as I was craving something healthy and it is located across the street from my hotel.

There are not that many tables here, so you will have to wait if you do not come directly when they open. People suggested to make a reservation but I honestly don’t think they would take it.

When I came, they told us the wait for two people is 45 minutes. We went around the corner to the bar and had drinks. When we came back, we still had to wait a bit more.

When we finally had our table, the service was quick. The drinks are limited if you are wanting alcohol. They do have a big selection of tea, though.

We ordered the Sisig Bao (as I got excited they had some Filipino inspired dishes on the menu). It was similar to sisig, but not entirely. It was still really good.

We also had the Xiao Lang Baos. I do not recommend it. It was a bit over cooked, letting the skin of the dumpling become too soft allowing all the soup (liquid fat) inside to already spill out before even making it to the table to eat. I got really excited as it is hard to make these, but I guess my expectations are too high.

I do not recommend the noodle dishes. I had one and the noodles inside the soup were just the normal egg noodles you buy from any asian store and placed into a soup with a non-exciting broth.

If you come here, either only order the baos or...

This restaurant hands down it's one of the best Asian food restaurants in Medellín. It is small, cozy, fast service and the most important thing, food is absolutely delicious. This is a hidden gem in the heart of El Poblado. Their specialty are the Baos but do yourself a favor and try the dumplings, ramen and their main courses. We had the KFC bao and Sisig bao and WOW this one blew our minds it was spectacular! We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was very good as well along side Bibimbag main course. There were all delicious. A couple of things before you go in to this restaurant, they do not take reservations so they have a waiting list. With that being said you can go on their Instagram page and get their WhatsApp number and text them to get on the list instead of going to the restaurant and getting on the list, the place it's busy and there are lines to get in. We texted prior to get there and when we got there we told our name and we were seated fairly quickly. The service is attentive but it's fast, so I suggest before you go in look at the menu and have an idea of what you are going to order and food comes out relatively quickly as well. And also be mindful pay and leave since there are people on the wait list. Overall great restaurant, reasonable prices and delicious food. Definitely...

Very disappointing. We came at 7:30 and asked for a table, they said they had one at 8:30 which was great. So we came back at 8:30 and were seated promptly. We then ordered our food and drinks, the drinks came very quickly. We then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes, whilst other customers came in, ate and left. We then decided after almost an hour to ask how long our food was going to take, as some other customers had arrived 5 minutes before and had already been served their food. The restaurant only had 5 tables full at this point and most of the tables had been cleared away. The waitress then came back over and had to ask for our order again, clearly they had forgotten about us. Our food was served quickly afterwards and it wasn’t worth the wait. The bao buns were extremely sticky and dense, they tore as soon as you tried to pick them up with the fillings spilling out. In their defence, the KFC and beef fillings were very nice, but the duck was definitely not worth the price point. It’s a shame as we came here on our final evening, hoping for a nice meal due to the reviews being so good, but that’s not what we received. Maybe we caught them on an off day? Even so I...

Fantastic Asian cuisine! This place would fit right in NYC or Tokyo, but it’s right here in Medellin :) Don’t miss it! but you must make a reservation on the same day as this is a very Asian-like style of a tiny fantastic restaurant headed by its owner that only opens at limited hours but has soul and taste in spades. I prefer to order the main dishes for sharing vs the baos, as the creamy and delicious side rices and the vegetables make the dish flavor shine more, but maybe get a bao as a starter as they’re pretty good! Bulgogi being my favorite. Currently the menu is limited as the chef and owner is taking a break after 6 years. They kept the KFC and eggplant which are probably their best dishes, a shame the ramen didn’t make the cut as it’s my personal favorite. I hope the menu comes back in full soon and that the owner gets all the rest and time that he deserves for creating this amazing restaurant.
