The worst ever hotel we have been at, I personally went to the hotel to check and book, I was put through who supposed to be the manager, she fave me prices and sent me photos through to my WhatsApp, once finally my parents arrived we went to hotel to do check in then the girl showed us 2 rooms, nothing like the photos, hotel is falling apart, the photos you see online are fake, first room we saw the was a dump in the toilet, I raised that to the lady, also the sockets were hanging of the wall and full of dust, then we moved to second room and was slightly better, full of dust, no key to balcony and connected to other rooms, no door in toilet, we decided to leave the following morning after we paid in a 14 night stay, so we agreed with manager to pay that one night and get refunded the other 13 nights, she said had to wait 30 days to see the statement to check payment came through to refund, time came I contacted her back snd she had never checked anything, was just saying nonsense of what we originally agreed on, now I have been blocked in WhatsApp also my wife, I asked for the central office that she mentioned they had in Bogota so I can speak to someone there, no number given, she gave me an email which she obviously replies to with other names, after 1 month and a half we are still waiting for a refund, to mention I had to provide a Colombian bank account as she wasn't making the transfer to an international bank, even she asked me for western union, be careful, the hotel and manager are a scam, don't believe what you see online, hotel is falling apart and to avoid paying back she said the owner is a 70 year old lady that doesn't know how to check banks and stuff, honestly all this stories we see facing are incredible, be aware, Im still waiting for our 325USD, which by the way isn't the amount she has to return, should be 375USD, anyway still waiting for it, I repeat be aware hotel is falling apart, don't want you to fall for it as we did, its just been a...

Im gonna comment about the good and bad things about the hotel. The price is a little bit to much for what they offer. When you enter the room theres alot of empty space. No tables or nightstand to put your stuff on. The shelfs that are on a huge wardrove kinda thing are glued with boogers, they fall so easy when you put heavy stuff on top. Some of the bathrooms have no doors is kinda bad when someone can see you doing your business. The balcony door doesnt have a key and is also shared between the nearest apartments. So if someone just wants to break in they will do it. The floor is not leveled properly so the shower floods some times. Even though is hot weather they dont have hot water. They also lack a fridge in the room or a small kitchen to atleast be able to do something if u dont wanna go out to eat. They also dont lend any silverware or cups. The internet is very slow. Breakfast is kinda repetitive and boring also flavorless. If you are sick in your room you cant bring your breakfast to your room. Some of the details on the building look unfinished and in construction, The good thins are that they have good attitude, they are very clean and offer you clean towels and clean sheets if you need to. They have air-conditioned. Amazing location to go around. Beach is close. I think thats it.
