This is a beautiful gem of a hotel. All of the features and services of a large hotel but with a really nice hospitable and personal touch from all of the staff. From the check-in, to room service, to the breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings, to the cleaner, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make sure we were having an enjoyable time. Special thanks to the chef Matija for his amazing fish and game dishes, adding an authentic Croatian touch to everything we received. Easter breakfast spread was also very special with a number of additional traditional dishes that we might never have tried otherwise. The area is also lovely, a 5-10 minute walk up from the town centre, making parking easy, but without compromising on ease of access. Set nearby embassies, the area has a calm tranquility that helps to relax. Worth also adding the quality of the apartments themselves is fantastic, but that’s more obvious from the photos. Read moreWe spent four nights at this hotel with our daughter and her family with a six year old toddler . We felt welcomed, staff are responsive and the apartment was spacious, well furnished and comfortable.||The restaurant has an interesting menu. Try out the games on offer! Some fishes require pre ordering but they were worth the wait.||It’s a bad time to visit Zagreb - many historic buildings and key museums are closed but the fort near the hotel gives a splendid view and is a short drive from the hotel.||I took a walk downhill and visited the old city, buying fruits from an open market every morning , returning on bus 102/105. The bus stop was just outside the hotel . ||My main complaint was with the air conditioner which seemed to have a mind of its own, making one night too hot or another too cold. Staff needs more training on how to set the...
Read moreWe booked an apartment and stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights. The hotel is located in the expensive and luxurious part of Zagreb, in a nice surrounding area. It’s about 15 to 20 minutes walk to get into the town. For us it’s not a problem. We enjoyed our walk very much. We had breakfast including. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. We were also offered delicious omelette with ham and cheese. The staffs were all very friendly, helpful and kind. We were even given extra hours to stay because airport check in was a bit later than the hotel check out time. I would definitely book this hotel again if I come to Zagreb! Thanks to the team if the hotel to give us such a wonderful time and...
