Ilica Luxury Center Zagreb — Hotel in City of Zagreb

Not deserving to have star the reasons are staff are so rude, not welcoming, unfriendly to there guest, they are not accomodating so horrible experience annoying staff. I highly recommnd not to choose this place better choose place still accessble but comfortble place to stay and nice staff. Its so annoying and horrible coz its diffcult to find there place worst is we call them half in hour no 1 answring our calls and respnce, worst thing i have my son and my baby as a vstors on that plce to have vaction just to unwind and relax comes out so exhausted your tired from travelling then you wait for long time outside calling them and look for crazy place you dont know where.Room was not clean, smelly for me its not a luxury i been to other plces, hotels, aprtmnts etc.but this one not worth it to give even 1 star and check there things if you want to choose really this place coz there kettle was broken and we fgureout when we use then we tell them about this so bad thy acused us we broke and we lied to them if wre so stupid guest why should we inform them about the broken kettle if we broke or damage that one.In general its so low graded place and staff.Stated to there rooms is soundproof but yet its not what do u think hving bby thy ddnt cried or you have lil kids normally thy are active nxt time dont accpt the guest if you dont like thres noice of kids,childrens,bbies.Accpt the reality tht thats truth comments in your place,staff,place i ddnt wrote this if our experinced staying there was good.ASIDE YOU SAID THERE SOME1 stying there not chck in and out FYI WE INFORMED THT AND WE PAID FOR THAT thats why u add blankets pllows and etc.Dont creat smell like flowers about your place if its not true and dont incated things like soundproof if its not okay!!!You should still thankful werr adding earning or profit to your nice place you said ungrateful people.Accept the wht people commnts here bcoz its base of there experience.Why dont you improve cstomers services and other things instead Doing nonsense.Be grateful to your cstomers or guest thy give big help in this bsnness. In general apartments Ilica are high standard but there are some things to improve and some things which are just not the best: it's not that easy to find, exact location should be described beforehand it's not perfectly clean, while the towels and bed linen are ok, the general celaninens can be rated as average it's very dark because windows are pointed on the walls meaning there is almost no sunlight in the apartment it's not owners fault probably, but we experienced electricity shortage the day we were leaving so we had to pack up using phone flashlight

The location of this studio is fantastic—right in the city center. The room itself was very nice and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.

One thing to note if you’re working remotely there isn’t a dedicated desk, so it may not be the best setup for long work sessions. Also, there is no view, so if having a nice view is important to you, this might not be ideal.
