Wir waren gestern am Cvjetni Trg in Zagreb unterwegs und haben in der Nähe einen wunderbaren, neuen Spot für uns entdeckt:

Element Food & Bar.

Hier kocht und bedient euch Zoran höchstpersönlich mit, wie ich es nennen würde, Premium Fast Food und bietet richtig gutes Bier.

Essen Das Essen war hervorragend! Zoran serviert fantastische Brioche-Brötchen mit einem Hackfleisch-Mix, geniale Hamburger mit hausgemachten Soßen, knusprige Süßkartoffelpommes, knackige Mini-Pommes und frische Tacos.

Jedes Gericht war geschmacklich top, perfekt zubereitet und manches dezent scharf.

Ein Muss für alle Fast Food-Liebhaber!

Location Der Laden befindet sich im Innenhof – ein verstecktes Juwel! Auf der rechten Seite gibt es noch einen Food Spot und links eine Pizzeria, bei der oft lange Schlangen sind. Leider gehen viele nicht einmal in den Innenhof, um zu sehen, was es dort sonst noch gibt. Das sollte sich definitiv ändern, denn Zoran bietet mindestens genauso gute Qualität zu fairen Preisen!

Service Er ist nicht nur ein toller Koch, sondern auch ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste, liefert erstklassigen Service und spricht gerne mit einem über alles – inklusive der Geschichte, wie er den Laden eröffnet hat. Ein richtig sympathischer Kerl, der seinen Laden mit Herzblut führt.

Für alle, die bei der Pizzeria oder dem Thai-Food gegenüber keinen Platz finden, schaut unbedingt mal im Innenhof vorbei.

Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Wir waren absolut happy!

Ovdje Zoran kuha i poslužuje vas s, kako bih rekao, premium fast foodom i odličnim pivom.

Hrana Hrana je bila fantastična! Zoran poslužuje nevjerojatna brioche peciva s mljevenim mesom, sjajne hamburgere s domaćim umacima, hrskavi batat pomfrit, top mini pomfriće i svježe tacose.

Svako jelo bilo je izvrsno pripremljeno, nevjerojatnog okusa i tu i tamo ljutkasto.

Obavezno za sve ljubitelje fast fooda!

Lokacija Lokal se nalazi u dvorištu – pravi skriveni dragulj! Desno se nalazi još jedan food spot, a lijevo pizzeria gdje su često velike gužve. Mnogi ni ne zavire u dvorište da vide što se još nudi. To se definitivno treba promijeniti jer Zoran nudi jednako dobru, ako ne i bolju kvalitetu!

Usluga Zoran nije samo odličan kuhar, već i izuzetan domaćin. Uvijek nađe vremena za goste, pruža vrhunsku uslugu i rado razgovara o svemu, uključujući priču kako je otvorio lokal. Vrlo simpatičan čovjek koji vodi restoran s velikim srcem.

Za sve koji ne nađu mjesto u pizzeriji ili tajlandskom restoranu preko puta, svakako svratite kod Zorana u dvorište.

Place is literally a hidden gem. Burger is unmatched in Zagreb!

See the parking barrier? Then you are on the right path to food heaven.

This place is amazing and definitely a hidden gem in Zagreb for now. Their fusion cuisine mixes both traditional with international, and unlike many other places, they succeed.

I was lucky to discover the "Tasty bacon burger," and I am flabbergasted by how well-balanced and exquisitely tasting this burger was. This burger is probably, honestly, the best of its kind in Zagreb right now. And I have tasted 98% of them. It's well-balanced; no ingredient was too dominant in its flavor, yet everything just mixed into a perfect burger taste unmatchable by most places out there.

The place itself is cozy and practical, with coat hooks and sockets on the wall. The beer on tap blends fantastically...

Anything less than 5 stars would be wrong. What a fantastic place to eat. We stumbled upon this neat location more or less by accident as it is kinda hidden behind a bank-ish building through a narrow back street.

The restaurant itself is small, but very beautiful! We immediately felt welcome as the owner was super friendly, open minded and did some on point recommendations.

The burgers were absolutely top notch! Soft, delicious meat, a crispy bun, fresh vegetables, home made sweet potatoes fries and a super interesting self made dip.

If you like to eat a good burger or creative Sandwiches, this place is for you.

The price was also super fair. Absolutely nothing to complain, if we ever return to Zagreb, we will definitely visit again!
