FOUR ELEMENTS SPLIT — Hotel in Grad Split

Top quality apartment within walking distance of the old town, the restaurants and the cruise port. Dont be deceived by the external appearance and the ‘artworks’ on the street walls as this is a very modern, comfortable and secure apartment. It is one small flight of stairs to the security door with dynamic digital keypad lock. Inside are about 3 apartments all with digital yale door locks. Inside is a newly rennovated modern apartment which is larger than most encountered across Croatia and Europe tourist areas. These apartments are owned and well managed by Andraija the perfect host who goes out of his way to explain everything for easy, secure access including luggage storage if needed. The rooms have separate bathroom with multi output walk in shower, toilet and vanity all well lit with mirror light. The bed is a comfortable King bed. There is a fridge, cooktop and espresso machine. The split air conditioning and or window provides relief from outside extremes in the hot summer. There is a large tv, wardrobe and safe. A bench and two comfort chairs as well as a beautifully decorated room makes this one of the best hotel room/apartments we have stayed in and feels homely. The area feels safe to walk freely. I would not hesitate in recommending this for s short or long stay in...

wow what a great apartment this is. No expense has been spared here and it shows. placed with great care. The rooms are on the first floor. You go up 1 staircase and arrive at a kind of main entrance where you can enter with a code. I think there are 3 apartment entrances there. each with its own code entry. it smells and looks modern and chic. The look of the room is fresh, authentic, modern. It makes you happy. And it is quite big. There is a bottle of wine ready and the instructions and tips for restaurants in the area. We could park our car for free at less than 100 meters. The neighborhood is quiet. We chose to walk to the center every time, this was after all a short 10 minutes and a nice walk through the park. If you come out of the apartment immediately left and then left again ... you walk down and then you are almost there. It is a bit of a climb up. We were happy to stay here for 2 nights. Will definitely recommend...

Five-Star Experience at Four Elements, Split!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Elements in Split, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed — a perfect balance of modern comfort and local charm.

A huge shoutout to Andrija, the owner, who clearly pours his heart into this place. He was incredibly helpful, offering great tips on where to eat and what to see. You can tell he really cares about making every guest feel at home.

Also, a big thank you to Hannah, one of the staff members, who was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed.

The location is ideal — close enough to the old town to walk (10min). Everything was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout.
