5 star luxury for 3 star prices! |The Muse Luxury Rooms are an oasis of blissful luxury. |They are situated on the 2nd floor above Bruschetta Restaurant (which is excellent - DO NOT MISS!) (No lift)| |Your 1st impression will be that the building entrance is a bit grim & then, voilà! You will enter the cool, scented, PRISTINE comfort of Muse. Even the fluffy towels had a faint rose scent!||A beautiful, contemporary room with stylish attention to detail: parquet flooring, comfortable bed, beautiful crisp bedlinen, fluffy towels, lovely tiling, great shower...A big TV, comfy sofa...Fridge with free soft drinks.... High quality wine glasses, tumblers, champagne flutes, coffee cups.... Kettle & instant coffee / tea.... French doors that open onto the tree-lined strip between the road & the sea. (cafés & bars along here)... ||About 3 mins walk to the pier where you can swim - jump in, or climb hidden the steps or ladders. It's great fun, really safe & calm....About 10 mins walk to the sea organ area.... 20 mins walk to the town beaches ( Golden Wave and Kolovare).... 25 min walk to the bus station if you want to go to Split / Krka national park etc.... 8 mins walk to the airport shuttle bus stop, to the left outside the Sea Gate, in the city walls.. . (€25 kn / €3 pay on the bus) Leaves every half hr. ||Katarina was the best hostess possible. Excellent communication, from the start. She arranged a table for us in Bruschetta, where we dined twice as it was so excellent. There's always a queue, so do book. ||She did everything possible to make our Zadar visit unforgettable. We will not stay anywhere else if we return. Unless Katarina creates more Muse Rooms. 😉They are limited! Don't hesitate to book immediately! |You couldn't possibly be disappointed. |We have stayed in many 5 star hotels whose rooms did not reach this standard. I rented the apartment via booking.com and paid the full amount of accommodation in advance several days earlier. I told the hostess that I will come in the evening after 18h. The hostess did not warn me that the last check-in time is at 20h (which was stated in the voucher, but I did not register it by mistake).||Since I was late on arrival, at 18 o'clock I called and told the hostess that I would arrive shortly after 20:00, and she confirmed to me that I can come, but warned me that check-in time is 20:00. She did not mention that she would not wait. After I got in front of the building at 20:15, the hostess was no longer in the building, and she refused any further communication, telling me to find new accommodation. ||The manner of communication of the hostess of the facility was extremely unprofessional,|given that the information on the last application time of 20 h was not highlighted previously in our communication, nor she warned me that she will not wait.|The hostess refused to communicate with me further, obviously knowing her rights as booking.com client, so that she did not have to refund the paid accommodation for a "no-show".||It seems that the hostess deliberately misled the guest to retain previously paid funds, but not hosting...

Me and a friend spent a night in this place and we absolutaly ADORED IT! Very close to the center, rooms are very comfortable,clean and the price is very fair. But the best thing from this establishment is by far; Inga. Oh my god Inga (the recepcionist we will call it) was a treasure and if we were already enjoying Croatia before we came here, we fell in love with the country as soon as we met Inga. Very friendly host with a clear like for the establishment and an inherit like for interacting with her guests be them national or foreign. You might find similar reviews expressing their like for Inga but we loved Inga more. We must protect Inga.

I cannot recommend this place any better. By all means chose this place if you are planning on going to Zadar.
