Esplanade Carlsbad Naše ubytování — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

Pillows in the room we stayed were way too high to sleep comfortably. The room was clean and view was excellent.

The hotel share an entrance with a clinic. The lift was not working and the breakfast is actually in another hotel. Complicated checkin process: we didn’t receive the PIN code for the door after online checkin. Probably due to system error whatever… Since we couldn’t find any parking space nearby, we had to park far away somewhere on the hill, and walk to here with luggage. The parking garage is expansive so if you come with car definitely do not come to here. We should have booked a place...

Our room 106 was 1st floor with view directly to the kitchen of Asti restaurant + trash containers right under the window that were cleaned up at 6 am :) I am sure ALL other rooms are much nicer in this regards though. The sound proof is very limited so we could hear many unnecessary things going on in the nearby room. Everything else is very nice: easy to check in, clean, everything needed availible, very good price. Breakfast is served in nearby hotel, extremely good, we have had slightly hard times getting there as the lady on the reception could not find us in her list, but food...

Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and we had a wonderful view on Karlovy Vary from the balcony. Unfortunately we couldn't close the balcony door, so it would have been easy for someone to get into our room from the room next door. Also the automatic system without reception wasn't perfect: Once our door code changed without any reason, plus we didn't know that the breakfast would be in another hotel 100 meters away. In both cases we had quick help on the phone, but it would have been nice if there were any information before hand. Anyway, the breakfast was nice and overall we had...
