Hotel Golden Lamb — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

We had wonderful stat at this hotel, absolutely loved the room, so spacious! Little balcony was great with amazing view. Shower is nice too. Loved everything during our stay. Room was equipped with little capsule coffee machine, plates, cutlery. It was quite calm room, we were lucky not to have noisy neighbours. Location is the best thing - a building away from Vridlo. Young Czech man at the reception was very polite, helpful and nice. We definitely want to go back for our next time stay at KV. Only point to be aware of is that reception is not 24/7, its 8am-8pm I believe, so with late arrival there might be noone to accommodate you and main entrance door will be...

October 11th 2025 left the sign with request to clean the room and no one came. No clean towels, no room service, despite the high price charge. No security at all and anyone can walk in and out, which made me unsafe. Went outside and bought my towel :-) When we checked in, the guy was very slow and I asked his name and he replied "Peter", but when we spoke with another employee she said that they have among the staff Daniel only :-) Anyway, no Daniel, no Peter on the front desk. Amazing stay! We spent an amazing weekend here. From the moment we arrived , the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in the center, so make sure to find a parking place on the surroundings area, however, they were kind enough to open the blocks through the city centre entrance, to leave our baggage in front of the hotel’s door.
