Pension Asila — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

We arrived at 12 minutes to 6 pm (when they stop checking in guests); however, perhaps due to the rain, they were already gone and did not honor our booking. They also did not answer their phone which were called for next hour. Fortunately, Priceline promptly refunded us for free because they could not contact them either. So long as you are there early enough, I'm sure it's a decent place, and maybe they were having a personal emergency of some kind (though they never tried to contact us after either). There was no reception, just a random woman who does not speak english on the shop opposite of the hotel! It took us 30 min to understand that although we put the credit card info on booking that we still have to pay in cash and no invoice was given to us! Room was basic, towels smelled horrible! We wanted to check out and we couldnt find anyone anywhere and it took us 30 min to get in touch with someone to know where to leave the keys since no one spoke English! Хотілось би вже забути про перебування в цьому «готелі», та ніяк не вдається. Зарезервували ми його за один день до прибуття в місто і ніби все було гаразд. Та як виявилось - це зовсім не так. Коли ми приїхали на місце, двері були зачинені, додзвонитися на телефон вийшло не одразу. Коли прийшла адміністратор, то сказала що це взагалі не можливо, що ми щось забронювали, бо бронювання у них відбувається мінімум на 3 дні. Якимось дивом нас все таки пустили в номер, який, як нам сказали опалювався цілий день, і в цьому номері не хотілося знімати куртку, не те, щоб йти в душ. На секундочку - на дворі лютий місяць. Єдине що в цьому готелі є добре - місце розташування. P.S. Ми не розраховували що за таку ціну і в такі короткі строки ми отримаємо супер умови, але хотілося, щоб як мінімум тебе чекали коли ти приїдеш і було тепло в кімнаті.
