I stayed at this hotel for three nights with two coworkers. We had our own rooms. Each of us agreed that our rooms were all beautiful and every room had a wonderful view as well. Honestly, the view was breathtaking, and it was probably one of my favorite parts of this hotel. This is a boutique hotel so it’s definitely small. Don’t be expecting the same sort of experience as you would in a larger hotel. The restaurant and café and bar area aren’t open all the time. I do wish they had a barista on staff in the morning to get lattes. There is a Starbucks really close by however when I’m traveling, I prefer not to drink Starbucks. I prefer whatever local café there is. There are other cafés nearby, but it depends what day of the week as to whether or not they’re open I liked the location. It is not in downtown Prague so it’s not right by all of the main stuff. However, it is a very quick walk to just about everything. If you walk across the bridge to get to the main bars, etc. that’s approximately 15 to 20 minutes so it depends on how much Walking you like to do. The room itself was clean and spacious. Everything was comfortable. My only suggestion would be new pillows as the ones that I had were way too soft. It was pretty cool that there was a speaker in the bathroom so you could have music going if you choose. Overall, I would stay here again.

I looked at atleast 50 properties in old town area before booking this one. I booked this one because it clearly said, "ROOM WITH A OLD CITY or PALACE VIEW". When we arrived, we got rooms with a giant WALL for view. The reason we chose to live that side of Prague was coz we were promised a view of the other side. Now such mistakes happen what I didn't appreciate, is how the hotel handled the situation. They refused to help us. There was no guilt or consideration in the manager's voice for providing us something absolutely different from the description the site. They asked me to PAY more money to get rooms with a view. The breakfast was utter rubbish at this property. Instead of buffet they chose to serve at the table. A set menu for all 3 days that we were there. We got 3 grapes, an orange wedge and a dry tasteless croissant. Some cold cut meat and cheese right under my nose without asking about my meal preference. I am VEGAN! I don't eat eggs, but for those who do, you gotta pay for eggs thought breakfast is INCLUDED. I guess it is as included as the room with a view. A great hotel with such potential, perhaps they need new management.

Hey Guys . I want to aware you of getting close to this horrible hotel . We have stayed 3 nights (unfortunately) Sister of my boyfriend got bitten by bedbugs !! Staff next day were lying and faking papers protocols that they called a desinfection and they found a dead bed bug which couldn’t bite her as it was dead 😂. When we said to them that document are fake as it didn’t had stamp or signature and was clear that it’s copied just by quality of paper security said they will call police on us. All the staff are east European they don’t speak even good Czech (only Ukrainian or something) very poor English ,they don’t know how to use computer . Reception girl couldn’t even print a bill for us ! Charged card several times, then were struggling with refunds. There is no manager or he/she is just hiding somewhere as we were looking for him for 3 days he never showed up to deal with anything ! Bar and drinks in the bar are horrible .... one of the guys who is security (or night reception, not sure ) smelled so bad of sweat that it was almost not possible to walk into hotel , it was just horrible disgusting smell all over ! I have never seen anything like that . They clean rooms once a day (poorly), even upon your request they won’t do it second time . They never refreshed our water in the room, said we need to buy from vending machine downstairs . Don’t ever book this place , there are many amazing hotels in Prague , and that one unfortunately destroyed out trip and we also paid for it big money . Rooms also don’t look anything like the pictures , be aware of this place , you will cause yourself headache and...

The Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace in Prague is a delightful hotel where the staff are super friendly. Due to the available flight times, we arrived hours before our allowable check in time, but the hotel was happy to securely store our luggage, so we could go out and explore and have some lunch before check in time arrived. They even offered one of the three rooms we had booked as being already available if we wanted to use it immediately.|When we arrived back to check in officially, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly, then our suitcases were delivered to our rooms. Five minutes later, there was a knock on our door and they delivered a half bottle of champagne, on ice, to each of our party's three rooms, again all complimentary.|The rooms were tidy and clean, with a very period feel to them. Maybe they looked a little tired compared to an ultra modern hotel room, but the styling fitted the building. Beds were reasonably comfortable, although they don't do pillows in the same way we do them in the UK, but we managed to sleep just fine.|There's a lovely intimate bar area, which was the perfect place for a night cap with our friends before we eventually retired to bed. Just over to the west side of the main bridge, away from the noise and crowds, but only 5 minutes walk to the bridge, the nights were nice and silent for sleeping... a great location, we thought.|We would definitely choose this hotel again when we go back to Prague in...
