We enjoyed a delicious lunch for 4 on Christmas Eve at the Bagel Lounge! The drinks were warm, delicious and satisfying, while the bagels were just what we were looking for to enjoy before we attended the Christmas Markets. Though we weren’t that hungry we saw the cheesecake selection and had to have some and it was out of this world! We also wanted to try the pancakes and they were light and fluffy with orange slices and a delightful watermelon drizzle around the plate to enjoy with the pancakes! The best part of the experience was the service, as our waitress Anita greeted us with a smile and patiently took our order, even repeating it back to us to make sure it was correct! She was so pleasant and cheerful, we wish we had time to return for more great service! We came here for breakfast at 10 AM and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I ordered a guacamole bagel, but there was no avocado at all — they just stuffed it with random pickles and vegetables. The dish we received looked nothing like the pictures. To make it worse, they had already run out of bacon in the morning! It was barely even a bagel at this point. We were three people, and our meals arrived at completely different times, so we couldn’t even eat together. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to bring us napkins or cutlery. Two different waiters served us, one of whom was extremely rude and answered our questions in an incredibly disrespectful way. We chose this place because of its good ratings, but honestly, it was a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs — it was one of the worst dining experiences...
