In short: Perfect.
We stayed three nights after initially booking at a hotel just around the corner which in the photos looked amazing but in reality wasn't so pretty.
Luckily they had rooms available and they let us look at the rooms and rooftop before booking. We were instantly sold. It's beautiful and brand new (they told me it only opened 3 weeks ago), the hotel is styled tastefully, they have English speaking staff and everyone is super helpful to give advice or help with organising transport, laundry, whatever.
The room had a king size bed which can be divided into singles but we couldn't feel the division so it was actually like a single king bed! Fantastic! It's a real nuisance when you almost fall between two badly connected single beds. The room had a fridge, big tv, ironing board and iron, coffee and tea things, a balcony with amazing view, good shower with rain-shower head and normal one, and heaps of storage space. I noticed the room has its own hot water tank, so your shower isn't influenced by other rooms or the kitchen - though it only lasts about 15 minutes of showering so it's not an infinite system.
It has a big restaurant up top with an extensive menu that includes western and traditional Egyptian dishes. They don't sell alcohol but they don't mind if you bring your own (you can buy online with cheap delivery from a company called Cheers) and one of the staff also told me that if we wanted something they could go and get it for us.
The location is literally the best. It has an epic view of the pyramids from any of the rooms on the side facing them, and the rooftop restaurant has an even better view of them. To walk to the pyramids you simply cross the road and walk about 10 minutes up the road towards them, buy your ticket, go through security, and Bob's your uncle.
The staff organised two rides for us: firstly a driver for the day so we could visit the Egyptian museum, then go to Zamalek for some shopping and a restaurant, and secondly a 5am trip to the airport. We were able to pay reception in USD and both drivers were timely, safe, and professional. Considering the chaotic traffic in Cairo, it's important.
A couple things to note: it seems they have buses of tourists stopping by to eat lunch so the rooftop is really busy for about an hour then is empty again. So reserve a table if you want lunch when it might be busy, or go before or after them. We only saw this once, I'm not sure how often it happens, but in any case they didn't take too long to serve us when we were up there then. Also while the restaurant staff were fantastic, I think they're still getting used to the English names of their menu items, so a couple of minor confusions occurred. I'm sure they'll become more familiar with the names of dishes over time.
In terms of accessibility, they do have a lift and it also appears they have street-level access to the building which I saw them using for deliveries etc (it's not the main entrance). But if you had a wheelchair I believe you'd enter there and take the lift down...
