My stay at opera Nile cruise was not good this year around, starting off with the first day at lunch me and my family asked for a water and the waiter repeatedly came over asking us to pay for it, even though it should have been fully payed within the hotel expenses, secondly, my daughter had started feeling sick around the second day and we went down to ask for any type of medical help, none and not even medicine was available which is very impractical during any emergency situations in a moving ship! Thirdly the restaurant manager was not friendly at all and during all meals was sitting at a special table with wine glasses and comfortable chairs leaving the rest of the restaurant with no water or glasses and regular chairs which was not a good first impression, lastly the sink at my doubles bedroom does not offer any basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoos or conditioner and the soaps were available only in soap dispensers which were half empty, and as well as that the sink to my bathroom was on its last thread from falling down and it was almost completely destroyed! Overall I did not enjoy this experience as well as I should have and there is definitely better cruises to stay at when visiting...

Unlike multinational cruise lines, the Opera provides a uniquely authentic Egyptian experience. The ship features spacious, comfortable rooms, and exceptional cleanliness. The highlight is the local cuisine, offering a delicious taste of Egypt's culinary traditions.
The staff's commitment to service is commendable, ensuring a pleasant and memorable journey along the Nile. This local company successfully bridges the gap between high standards and authentic cultural immersion. If you're looking for an experience that truly represents the heart of Egypt, the Opera is the perfect choice. It's an unjustly underrated gem deserving of much higher...
