Pros:||• Large beach close to accommodation, plenty of sun loungers;||• Small hotel; if you are lucky to get a bungalow, everything is close (both the restaurant and the beach);||• You can freely leave towels on sun loungers at the beach and go for lunch (no one touches or steals anything there);||• Towel distribution from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM;||• New, powerful air conditioner in the room;||• Large bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap;||• Naama Bay area where you can stroll, with plenty of shops, including a fixed-price store.||||Cons:||• One of our swimsuits was stolen when it was hung out to dry on a line in front of the room;||• The refrigerator in the room didn't work;||• Many Russians (who behave rudely and scandalously everywhere), consequently Russian music is played on the beach (mostly foreign, but quite enough of Russian too, especially songs about "Rus' with birch trees" (Русь и берьозки) and "give women flowers" (дарітє женщінам цвіти)), and I only heard two Ukrainian songs.||||Nuances:||• We ignored our meeting with the hotel guide, and (guess what) it wasn't the end of the world, and we flew out normally (check-out lists and transfer times were available at reception on the penultimate day).||• Food is decent (always chicken, fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, pickles, desserts. Shrimp once). Fruit isn't always available, and when it is, it's only sliced oranges and melons. Dates/figs were sometimes available.||• All drinks in the restaurant and beach bar are without ice (only at the pool can you get ice).||• Rooms are old, many things are in poor condition (safe, handle, and lock).||• The room for three is very cramped (as it's a double room with an extra bed).||• The room door opens with a key, not a card. There's only one key for three people. To open the door, you have to press the button hard, which I didn't always have the strength for.||• Not enough dishes if you arrive later than the restaurant's opening (mugs, glasses, soup bowls, cutlery). Sometimes there aren't enough plates or tables. However, during our last two days, they seemed to learn from this, and it improved.||• Long queue in the restaurant on one side (more or less the same dishes are available on both sides of the restaurant, but on one side they also serve meat/chicken/fish in portions, which creates a long queue).||• Sun loungers are old, wooden, and heavy, but the mattresses are comfortable.||• Animation is present; evening program, one could say, not really.||||Tips:||• Bring your own cups; they'll be a lifesaver in the restaurant and at the beach bar.||• If you plan to drink tea/coffee in the restaurant, grab a mug first and put it on your table, as there might not be any later.||• Bring clothespins;||• Bring foil/cling film — ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL (unwrapped suitcases are not accepted from Egypt; covers don't count, only foil or a trash bag). Don't be cheeky if you didn't bring foil and asking someone for it!||||Conclusion:||If, like me, the beach is your priority rather than the food, then this place is for you. If food is important to you, but also a moderate price, and you're willing to put up with the shortcomings, then it's also for you. If food/room are a priority, pay more and choose a more expensive hotel (or at least GHAZALA GARDENS on the 2nd line, if you're willing to walk far to the beach, but the food/rooms there are better). If you want to snorkel and see fish, this is also not the...
Read moreI loved to stay in this hotel, nice food for vegetarians and carnivores also there is everything. Amazing sweets, not so sweet 👍, and you want to try everything. Nice beach 🏝 there are beautiful fishes, cristal clear water, hotel beach is cleaned very good, so tied and workers are very polite, care each place. I wanted to move my place by myself with stuffs, but they were running 🏃🏽♀️ for help immediately and said “it’s my job, don’t move anything without me” 😅 Some people write bad reviews, and first time before choosing this hotel I had doubts, then I was really happy that I stayed there. They have nice sandy beach and sea what else do you need?
Some rooms a bit old, but if you will ask receptionist, he will change for better one without any problems. (to give a chocolate 🍫 is enough to thanks) So, I stayed in the nice room 😍 One worker was cleaning our room, but I recognized that blankets and towels were the same, so I complained and then I had the most clean room with flowers on the bed and bathroom I guess😂 They give one bottle of water every day, cleaning every day also. My mom and I was the first time, we enjoyed a lot. In the kitchen waiters were caring your well-being always, they were giving us fresh flowers, so nice ! Employees speak Russian and English as well.
My mom had birthday 🥳 and hotel service prepared nice dinner for us with cake 🎂 Also each room has 2 times choices to have dinner in another restaurants from this hotel, just ask details at the reception ☝🏿
You will not be bored on the beach, animator works well, we enjoyed to dance 💃🏽 Hotel location is amazing believe me, first line, even not 5 star, but it’s really worth to choose this place. Second line hotels are really a bit far from the beach, better to choose less stars but everything is near you.
Territory of hotel is amazing, no mosquitoes, they really care their place by poisoning with chemicals 🦟 , nice palms, gardens, flowers, swimming pools was a bit colder for us, because we came for sea, to swim in the pool you can at home👌🏿
We were staying from 1.03.21-08.03.21 and it was nice sea to swim and sunny warm weather. I saw turtles 🐢 in water and different types of fish 🐠 We “Fatima and Leila” send our hugs and salam to all people with big thanks and we will miss the nice kind beach guys Ahmed Ali, Mohammed , animator Hasem 👍 kitchen employees and waiters Naseer you are the best , Sabeer the receptionist guy solved all our requirements, poor guy😅👍 such people deserve much higher salary 😄🙌 and the chief Mohammed cooks amazing dishes, especially sweets 👍
Fatima and Leila will miss you all guys. Nice vacation, recommended, inshaallah we will come back again 🤞🏽 Thanks for...
Read moreDon’t ever believe the reviews because the reality is completely the opposite. First of all, let’s talk about the only good thing there which is the location and the beach which actually there a lot of hotels in that area with the same beach and same location and I assure you they are much better. If you book through Agoda or Booking or even direct through the hotel, there’s no All Inclusive option. However, they give all inclusive to some travel agencies so, it’s very weird cuz if the hotel capable of all inclusive so why is it just for some travel agencies? .. A friend of mine, has been stolen twice from her room, first time happened on her second day with 100 dollars and when she complained to the reception, they did nothing then she didn’t want to ruin her holiday and didn’t care but later it happened again with another 100 dollars from her bag inside the room and again the reception and the manger did nothing and they said it’s not our problem that you got stolen twice!!😅 … let’s talk about the room: it was unclean, no kettle or driking water, the hot water was just working at the morning and didn’t work at night!. Parts of the hotel still under constructions and workers will wake you up from 6 am and you can see the dust everywhere. The food was always the same with no varieties and with one type of protein at the dinner or lunch. The animation team is so so lazy, they are just 3 guys, one old man and two teenagers and they are just friendly with single girls😅. Waiters, beach guards and bartenders are doing nothing except bullying and harassing the foreigners in Egyptian language. Seriously guys never go there and it’s really one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen in my...
