Zigolini Italian restaurant — Restaurant in South Sinai

We were welcomed with a very warm smile, even that we reached at the closing hour, Mr. Gafer the manager was more than happy to accommodate us, offered the best seats in the house and started suggesting items for us to pick, he treated us with a nice glass of red wine to boost the remonatic atmosphere, freshly baked bread basket with butter was served, the appetisers were super yummy, tomato soup was extraordinary, then the main courses were exactly how they should be, pizza and lemon chicken were made to perfection. Working hours are little weird as the place opens evening time from 7 to 10:30, works with prior reservations as it gets full really quick. The place has a nice seating area overlooking Naama Bay or the hotel pool from the other side. It has a nice cozy terrace as well. The place has an open kitchen so you can actually see your food being made. If you are a guest there you will still be connected to the hotel WiFi network. Authentic classic Italian restaurant made with fresh local ingredients, we enjoyed every dish we tried both time we went. It's a pleasure to see chefs cooking in the open kitchen, led by the owner who clearly put passion in what he does. Great service, super attentive, I don't remember paying more than 40 Euros in total (3 people). The same meal, with starters, main, dessert, bottle of wine etc, would have costed me at least £80 per person in the UK where I live. The FRIENDLIEST host. Fell in love with his smile and hospitality. Large menu that offers something for everybody. Like most of the food that we experience in Egypt, the plates lacked a little bit in spice and flavor, but we compare everything to Mexican cuisine, and maybe that's an unfair standard.
