Wow... What a place! I don,t know from where to start. Maybe from the fact that for a first time I am writing a review before the check-out. To be honest when I entered the room (basically it is not a room but more over apartment/Home (most of the people don't have such a equipments, furnitures in their own flats)) my first impression was - this is not true, somewhere should have secret camera and it is joke. To get such a stay for that money is something like wet dream of each traveler. The comfy of the bed, pillows, the equipment (you have yoga mats, camera and what about the provided charging cables), the quietness (there could be Metal concert on the front of the hotel and thanks to the used glass, window you will not hear anything), the cleanliness all of them is creating impression for worldwide 5-star Top rated hotel. By the way not sure if somewhere else even in Hilton, Marriott, Radisson they provide a playing console - yes, true - real playing console. Starting from the CONTACTLESS check-in: you can arrive at midnight after midnight or what time is suitable for you and just enter the room. And finnaly the personal attitude - when you have entering room Bob is just texting you: Hi, how are you, is everything all right, do you need something. Not just a automatically generated text but real one, and you can just start conversation. I don't know what amount of money is invested in this project but definitely it is the secret gem of Tallinn and it should be MUST stay place...
Read moreBob W Kesklinn is a brand-new building near the city centre and the old town.
Next to the building there are different bus stops with lines to reach everywhere in Tallinn.
The apartments are spacious, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities and furniture which you might want to get a smooth stay in. A cleaning with replacement of sheets and towels is included every 7 days. That is an upside for a long period. Moreover, free entry to a local gym is included in the rental, while the breakfast service is to pay apart.
The staff are always available through either web assistance or live chat. However, the time for completing the communications was sometimes too long.
I have some remarks regarding the administrative management: the invoice must be released at the payment time and not after check-out, above all if the rental period is on a monthly basis.
One of two dryers in the common laundry has been broking for more than 3 weeks and only one is available for all guests in the residence. So, it isn't enough to match the requests of the guests staying for the same period.
I suggest replacing the current TV with a Smart TV with installed apps ready to use. Now, guests are obligated to link their smartphone to the TV through a QR code, and the system isn't smooth. It would be easier to turn on the TV, select an app (Netflix, PrimeVideo, ...), access it and watch the video content.
At the end, I consider Bob W Kesklinn a first dibs in Tallinn to stay for both long and...
Read moreA quality hotel with self-service check-in and check-out. There is no fromt desk (you get a code) but the service is great. For ex. we wanted to check in an hour in advance and called the customer service. They made our code work in just a few seconds. The only minus is when I had to confirm my reservation in order to be able to do the check-in, I didn't get the link needed in the email and got no answer when sending them an email. Eventually, the problem was solved with a few calls.
I got the homey studio for two nights and for a very reasonable price! The room itself was even more spacious than shown in the pictures and was perfect for two people. The room includes many features such as a hair dryer, towels, coffee, tea, cutlery and plates, a dishwasher, a laundry possibility, a toaster, an oven, a stove, a charging cable for all types, an adapter, a comfy bed and much more! There is also a polaroid camera that you can borrow during your stay. You can also buy breakfast for 10€ per day, per person.
The location is decent. The hotel is located a bit over a kilometer from the city center and 1,5 km from the harbor. The public transport from the hotel is not very handy. There is also some (prob temporary) construction work outside of the building. There are not really any services right next to the hotel since it isn't located in a tourist area, but everything is within a...
