Hi, just wanted to raise my concerns about our stay this week. ||||We were extremely disappointed in the quality of our stay, especially as this is rated a 5 star complex. When we arrived at 1pm we were told we would be called when our apartment was ready, we weren’t. When we found our apartment our extra bed was not there. When the bed did arrive it was positioned in the hallway next to a toilet. This was not sufficient for our 5 year old. We even tried to move the bed into our bedroom but it did not fit. This was simply a waste of 300 euros as our child had to sleep with us. This should have been advertised. ||||Our bathroom had no storage in it which meant we had to put most of our cosmetics on the floor. Which wouldn’t have been so bad if the shower didn’t leak and flood! Note the fan did not work either so the bathroom turned into a steam room. ||||The kitchen had a lack of equipment, literally only 5 mugs and the cantilever light in the kitchen looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling! ||||To top it off when we got to the spa the sauna wasn’t working until the Thursday and at that point, when this was finally fixed, the steam room was broken! At no point in the week did they both work!||||Maybe my expectations were higher but as an advertised 5 star apartment, plus the additional charges we were extremely disappointed...
Read moreWe booked with a Crystal holiday. The apartment was perfectly well furnished and equipped (if you wanted to know, there WAS a Nespresso coffee machine which wasn't confirmed until after we arrived). The apartment is well located with a couple of buildings linked by various walkways. The boot room was fine and gave direct access to a tricky blue slope (solid ice or slush!). The main reception was functional and the receptionists we came across were really helpful. We liked our en-suite and the rooms were a good enough size with space for our clothing in our own cupboard. We took an HDMI cable and a laptop and hooked it up to the TV screen to watch movies through our Netflix. The spa/pool area was nice if not overrun by school-age children!|The only negatives I’d mention is that our apartment was in the bridge over the road and we had a fair bit of street noise throughout the night. Closing the window shut a lot of it out but then, even with no heating on inside at all, it felt like about 38 degrees in the bedroom! All in all, a...
Read moreWe stayed here for one week and I wouldn’t stay again. The condo was tiny and the furniture was pieces of particle board with cushions on top. The bedroom was so small you couldn’t open the door more than a crack. The WiFi wasn’t working and the two people at the front desk didn’t do anything to resolve the issue but to say that it works for them. We had no WiFi in our room (not far from the front desk) the entire trip. Finally the room was so hot there was no way to control the thermostat. We had to keep the windows open while sleeping. Outside was 24x7 loud with garbage trucks and cars and late night party goers. It was nearly imposible to sleep. The location is probably the worst in VT as you have to walk uphill everywhere. The photos and description of The Montana property seem way better online. It’s not luxury or...
