Our stay at the Hotel Elysées Paris was a nightmare because of finding a mouse in our room, compounded by inadequate customer service and misleading billing practices. Initially, we chose this hotel for its proximity to the Champs-Elysées for our visit from 10/12/2023 to 14/12/2023. However, the lack of parking at the entrance for unloading luggage was the first of many inconveniences. Upon arrival, the hotel's small size was immediately noticeable, and unexpectedly, we were informed of additional fees for breakfast, which was not previously disclosed. These issues, while frustrating, were not the main cause of our dissatisfaction. The real problem began during our first night. Suffering from jet lag, my family and I had difficulty sleeping. Around 1:25 AM, while everyone else was asleep and I was awake, I heard strange noises from the mini-refrigerator and desk area. Using my phone's flashlight, I was horrified to discover a mouse jumping around. I captured a lengthy video of the rodent to ensure its presence was undeniable. The sight was revolting and caused me great distress. I immediately went to the receptionist, showing him the video. His response was lackluster, merely offering to switch our room, which was not a satisfactory solution. Concerned about other potential infestations and unwilling to disturb my family at such an hour, I decided we would check out first thing in the morning. Although the receptionist initially agreed to a full refund, including for that night, the hotel later reneged on this promise, refunding us only for the nights not stayed. I warned the hotel of my intent to leave a negative review, but their indifferent attitude suggested they were not overly concerned. This experience has left me deeply unsatisfied and I strongly advise others to consider alternative hotels when...

This is a 3 star hotel for a reason. The front desk people are less than friendly, they do not offer any help, when asked they can't be bothered. They won't even call a taxi for you. What they will do, is keep a watchful eye on your coming and going from the hotel, yet never smile or make you feel comfortable. ||They mention air conditioning, but we found out that they change it depending on weather, to only be heating. During our stay the weather is in the 70's, we could not use the air because it was heating, so we had to sleep with the window open, turns out the noise from the street was very loud, which kept us from being able to have a restful night sleep, noise is 24 hours. ||The location is good because it is waling distance from the Arc of Triumph, and Champs Elysees, plenty of restaurants, shopping and the Metro. ||Price was too high for the service and professionalism we received. They offer luggage storage, but the reality is you leave it in the lobby where anyone could walk off with it, not locked up, or secured in anyway. While the front desk can speak a very little bit of English, it is not enough to clearly...

This hotel was recommended by one of the Disney Youtubers that I follow and I can see why. This hotel is affordable, new, clean, and rooms are spacious enough. It’s also close to several restaurants and grocery markets within a short walking distance, laundromat nearby and a shopping mall just across the hotel. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Disneyland with designated times. Hotel room was quiet and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable but great hotel near Disneyland.

A nice hotel at a great place. The room was neat, but our room was tiny. Being on the fourth floor we were still able to hear the metro at night. It wasnt that loud though. The rooms look good and the beds sleep well. It is a good place to rest after a long day in Paris and to quickly continue your trip being close to the metrostation. The receptionist did nog give is accurate information about the yellow gillettes though.. on this saturday the complete Line 1 was closed. Other metro lines are open though. Check the RAT website for accurate information.
