It’s very easy to be sassy and respond rudely to your clients to hide the fact that your food and your service are way below the minimum. Have you ever heard of constructive criticism? Read moreVery disappointed with our recent visit, we have been enjoying this restaurant for years but on our last visit the middle aged woman server (wife of chef?) was rude, dismissive and unfriendly. We didn't get one smile, one thank you and were subjected to rolling eyes when asking menu questions. We told her 'merci' about 20 times as we felt like we were bothering her and she never said thank you back one time, even when paying the 170 euro bill. I ordered the salmon and it was the most delicious salmon I have ever had, so moist and tender, almost melts in the mouth. The presentation was gorgeous , I took a picture to remember it by.
