The best meringues of your life !!!!
These meringues are made different, the love the care. The cream and the flavor are deeply anchored in a dedication to make things truly enjoyable. The staff members of this shop change rather regularly, but I can recognize the manager/ head chef ( maybe ) and some sales. The scent of the shop is always amazing, you see everything they are doing, kids love to watch make the deserts. Itâs like a live show? Where the only winner is your palate. Itâs like chew 1 bite of a sweet cloud. I indulge myself regurlarly. There are traditionally 6 flavors : chocolate, coffee, cherry, caramel, hazelnuts ( pralines ), and spĂ©culos ( Biscoff, lotus )
There are also some seasonal ones, chestnut and yuzu.
My favorite item is actually a milk break with ganache ( pain au lait avec ganache au chocolat ) i forget everything else in my life when I eat this.
I usually HATE meringues, it gives me the impression of biting my own...

Entering the remarkably well-lit shop (that chandelier...whoa), once the wonder starts to dim just a bit, your eyes inevitably will fall on a baker preparing brioche for baking. Globular, softball-sized dollops of risen dough, heavily laden with chocolate chips or raisins, getting a top-cut and having a final egg wash applied before making their way to the large convection oven that will deliver them scrumptious.

   Read moreWow, this place is incredible. I got a chocolate cake from here, and itâs one of the best cakes Iâve ever had in Paris. The outside is covered in chocolate shavings, and the inside is layers of sheets of meringue balanced with a light whip cream frosting that has chocolate bits in it. Itâs topped with real whipped cream dollops. There was an excellent balance of sweet and less sweet elements so that it was delicious and rich without being overly sweet. Wow.
I also had a small, flat waffle with a rum-honey filling, and it was also amazing. The waffle was soft and delicate, and the filling was addictive....
