This was my very first time visiting the Christian Dior flagship in Paris, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked in, the level of care and hospitality made the experience unforgettable.

On the first floor, Simon guided me through an incredible selection of handbags—some I had specifically requested, and others he thoughtfully recommended. He encouraged me to try them on multiple times, take as many photos as I wanted, and made the process feel completely pressure-free. He even offered beverages for both my husband and me and kindly offered to coat-check my belongings so I could be more comfortable. After deciding on a bag, Simon, knowing it was my first time at Dior, offered us a personal tour of the other floors to ensure we could truly soak in the full Dior experience.

On the second floor, Ricardo stepped in to help us with jewelry. He was an absolute gentleman—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable not only about Dior’s jewelry collections but also about the brand’s rich history. He showed me the pieces I had in mind, along with additional suggestions that sparked inspiration, all without being pushy or rushed. What truly set Ricardo apart was the unique experience he created—he surprised us with a selection of extraordinary, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces not available to the public. Trying them on (and even being encouraged to take videos to capture their full beauty) was an absolute once-in-a-lifetime moment that I’ll never forget.

From start to finish, Simon and Ricardo made my first Dior shopping experience far more than just a purchase—it was truly an unforgettable memory. The combination of their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine passion elevated this visit into something magical.

I always dreamed of visiting a Dior store in Paris for the experience. I have to say I left feeling very deflated. You go to the door and they ask you “what are you looking for today” err I want to have a look around, I don’t have a shopping list. I want to be inspired and purchase what I fancy in the moment and with the experience. Then they check there is enough people to allow you in? (Odd) then you are walked to the stairs and up you go. They speak on their mics to inform staff of your wear abouts but it makes you feel so uncomfortable! You are then greeted again and asked what you are looking for as everyone stares at you on the shop floor.(staff) Judging your every move and outfit. I felt so uncomfortable, I could not wait to leave! So I made my way out of the shop floor back down to the exit and again the staff are watching you leave and on their mic to the people downstairs. So all eyes are on you as you get to the bottom of the stairs. By far a bad experience for me and I did not enjoy it all. Such a shame as I had always had good views on the brand and products but a customer should not be made to feel like this. I understand security must be a key factor but making it so known to your clients and make your customer feel so so uncomfortable they don’t want to touch or shop your store is not...

Okay back in the states and I have a LOT to say!!

First and foremost -- Diana... You are AMAZING! And for those of you looking to shop in Paris you def need to see if she is available because she MADE the trip!

Dior has not been the top brand I ever shopped at, I will admit... I was stuck in the Hermes, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton trifecta for years.

I literally already went ham at the other stores and on the second to last days of my trip I decided to pop in just to see what was going on and let me tell you.... You QUICKLY find out if you are in High end shopping for the namesake or for the passion of fashion/history/story telling/etc. Dior is the HOUSE of meaning, The house of energy, and the house of luxury customer service.

The first day I went was just to scope and see what was going on and Diana was def a queen through it all! Ended up also linking with Mike who is also an amazing CA that if you are in the mens department another awesome person to turn to!

When I tell you I felt like a VIC I truly felt like the world was mine when working with them and hearing about the story from each piece really made me think I found a new house to call home in my collection moving forward! Picked up a couple things but def plan for more...
