Ramada by Wyndham Frankfurt Central Station — Hotel in Frankfurt

It is so bad i wanna give you a 0, but it’s not possible so i give you a 1 (WHICH IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU DESERVE). We found bed bugs in several rooms (yes they dont do anything abt this problem even tho there are multiple reviews abt it). When we talked to the receptionist first when we arrived, she was super rude, declined to even look at our online booking WHICH WE SHOWED HER AT FIRST. One of our crewmate actually speak German and only then she started to change her attitude but still very passive aggressive (not very a girls’ girl at all as we were a group of 8 women). After we checked in and complained abt the bed bugs, they refused to find a solution. And later they offer changing the room but forced one of us move our stuffs out first and then they will come up to check if theres no one left and only then will they give the new key rooms which was absurbed. When we asked whether we could go check the new room first (like their stupid logic), the receptionist at that time (a man) just bluntly said “there is no bug bc its summer” (?????) we asked for both of the receptionists names and the man said “its our privacy, you have to talk to our boss”. But when we asked abt their boss he said “its our privacy”. My brother in Christ, there are bugs in the place you are working 5/7 days of a week, is it really worth it to protect this bug lore? Oh and we also found a cockroach crawling in one of our crew’s luggage when were packing. Overall, WORST HOTEL EVER, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS INFESTED HOLE. Update: our room got opened FROM THE OUTSIDE TWICE AT 5-6 AM??? We called the police and was informed that the receptionist gave the wrong keycard to a guest (i highly doubt it). No apology from the receptionist or any employee. It was a terrifying experience. Imagine you are sleeping soundly, all of us are women and then suddenly loud bangs on the door. I paid about $160 for my room. The room was a standard room . The size was fine. Enough for me my belongings and probably one other person. For 160$ for two nights I wasn't expecting much and I got what I thought I paid for. The wifi was good enough . It was a bit slow but I could get emails, respond, and search things I needed. It was not high speed by any means. The bathroom is tight but for the most part that is normal in Europe. They had obviously recently updated a lot of the bathroom, bedding and bed room, though the floor was a bit dated. The location is amazing. It is right in the center of it all. A short walk old City center, right by the train station (Frankfurt am main hpf), and right by tons of restaurants. The noise from outside and other rooms seems to carry. It wasn't super obnoxious but sounds like doors water etc did carry to the room . Overall for the price I am really happy. The area is nice , location is great, wuakity is okay/good, WiFi is muh. This is the WORST place I have ever booked. I have never been treated so terribly by a hotel or hotel management as I have at this hotel. I arrived and was in my room for less than 20 mins when 3 critters rapidly appeared and looked like cockroaches were trying to share my food. ||When I went to the front desk to ask to politely ask for a refund and check out. The hotel management would not provide me a refund and did not seem to believe me this was a problem and did not seem to agree this was a major issue. I took pictures and videos of the critters for evidence. 3 people checked out while I was in the lobby for what they said were the same bug issues as me. But still hotel management was not responding professionally or responsibly. ||I reached out to Expedia as I had booked through them and they were helpful when things with the local hotel management became unbearable. Expedia did everything they could to help and they found me a new hotel that is clean and bug free. ||I would never book here and would never recommend anyone to stay...
