I went to get some pizza for my 6 year old today after reading great things about this pizza place. I got a pizza for my kid as take away and the cashier saw us sitting outside on the bench where my kid was eating a slice of pizza and he just fumed up and was very rude. He kept coming being very mean telling us to leave and don't sit and eat here before he gets fined by tax control. I mean we bought pizza from you, the kid is hungry and we sat outside on empty seats and table what's the big deal. I am so disappointed because he was so rude and loud to us and even my kid for scared and said I don't want to eat here. No doubt the pizza was great but due to this rude behaviour and coldness we won't be recommending this place to our friends or family or even coming back...

I went there as a delivery man a few times, but I’m really sorry to say that the guy at the cash gave me one of the worst experiences I have ever had in Germany. He literally shouts at riders and humiliates them in every way he can. The guy is undoubtedly sick! I came here to do my master's and work part-time as a delivery rider. Usually, everyone respects each other in Germany, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, or profession. But this guy treats delivery riders as if he is their lord. He wears glasses, and maybe he is from Pakistan or India. I feel bad for him because he may not have been privileged with proper education. But if Germany can't teach him manners, then nothing can. I wish that he gets well...
