Packaging: 5/5 Stars I live in the USA,  and shipping can sometimes be tricky,  however, Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the exquisite packaging. The jewelry was nestled securely within a beautiful, high-quality box that felt luxurious and protective. Every detail, from the ribbon to the interior velvet lining, spoke of care and attention to detail. It wasn't just packaging; it was an experience in itself, building anticipation for the treasure inside. Shipping: 5/5 Stars The shipping process was seamless and efficient. Even though I'm not living in the country, I received regular updates on the status of my order, and it arrived precisely within the estimated timeframe. (Earlier actually) The package was discreetly labeled, which I appreciated for security reasons. It was evident that robust measures were taken to ensure the safe and timely delivery of such a valuable item.

Extremely unique,  i purchased multiple items,  it's not the kind of items that you can find anywhere, in any store. You can see from the uniqueness and quality,  that these pieces are truly special.

Some items are made by hand, and designed exclusively by the owner. Are numbered editions, With certification. Really thrilled. Very specific to Greece concepts,  rather than random jewelry.

Unfortunately we visited this shop two weeks back and We bought a discounted piece of gold 2800 € (as per the owner claim original price was 8100 € ) and 10 minutes after leaving the shop we came to know the real value is just only 750 € (they sold us 4 times more expensive, It was pure 18 K gold, no stone or diamond there) we tried to return it to them but they said owner already left and come tomorrow morning as he will be here to sort out the issue. in the morning same scenario and told us owner is not here , we had to report to Athens's Police and they did their best to help us even two Polices came to their shop to discuss with the owner but owner didnt show up again and someone else represented him and claim he is not decision maker. next step was to open a case against them which we didnt have time due to same day booked flight and hotel in another country. despite this issue, we had a good time in Greece specially Athens with great history, culture and people. After Hydra Reply: First of all I am the husband and I paid by myself and I came back by myself for the return after 10 minutes of purchase and someone on behalf of owner start talking to me and claim he is gold designer and value of this gold is more than 8000 € then I said ok good for you return back my 2800 € and enjoy your 5K profit. check your camera again (that is your first Lie) Secondly police didnt do anything against you as they came to sort out the issue in a friendly manner (appreciate their support) (that is your second Lie) I wish I had enough time to open a case against you guys to see what Police could do with some people like you. Second Update: I am not surprised by the lies you are keep saying it. Police couldnt do anything as we didnt open the case against you due to the same day flight. for your information they tried to help us and advice us to stay a couple of more days to allow them to make legal action. Funny thing is you are keep saying you didnt do anything wrong and value of the gold is 3 times more than what we paid for it but you didnt accept...
