I stayed there last night ! bed was missing a plank (as the bed was bending) that was the balcony,I didn’t bother and I did it myself. in the evening there was a heavy engine working all night (after midnight I arrived) that wouldn’t let us sleep. I tried to call to ask what’s happening but the phone was not working as well. The flush was not working in the bathroom as well in result to all the room smell after I used the bathroom without being able to flush.The cleaning lady this morning said that on the high floors the flush doesn’t work in general. if you check my profile I am not a complainer but despite the fact that the young lady at the reception was very kind, the manager on the phone was attacking and lying that everything works properly besides the phone which he said “in busy hotels these things happen”.

very disrespectfully he said “what do you want,I’ll give you 10€ discount” . just describing...

One of worst night I had in all my live. First of all the area which calls "metxrgeo" it is seriously highly dangerous people's selling & use drugs everywhere I really recommend at don't go outside after 8 clock specialist if you are family " off course better not to go there " I believe that's on of the almost dangerous area all over Greece. Second this hotel" Nafsika" it was really terrible place to stay even for some hours the room it smells very bad & I believe the staff at the room had collected from the rubbish very old and dirty. I don't think that's 2stars hotel I will never ever believe in that!!!!!!! Any way to be fair the night shift M.Mexales was a nice person.... the Motel and the area are not recommended......never ever again even it's cheap not accessible. My recommendation have a nice trip somewhere else even you pay a little more try to don't make...

This hotel got a 3 stars for its friendly & helpful staff. I don't recommend it if you are travelling with children as it's in a very bad area of Athens with pick pocketers in action in broad day light right in front of your face. Metro very close by....taxi back home at night though and get dropped off right at door step. Breakfast was very boring and average (you had to cross a very busy Street in order to get there....a Cafe owned by hotel also) not continental by any means...you are provided with cereal and basics..you get what you pay for in that respect. The room it self was very clean...I've read reviews that the rooms smelt....I did not experience this thankfully!) If you have one or two nights & you're on a tight budget...go for it but if not....pay a bit more and stay in a safer...
