Unspoiled Athens — Hotel in Athens

Have been staying at unspoiled athens apartments for the last few years whenever visiting Athens. Always very clean, coffee and all facilities available, their breakfast is quite good as well. The rooftop is amazing, breezy with nice views and they added also a jacuzzi up there! The locations is very safe and just a couple of minutes walk to 2 metro stations (Thission & Monastiraki), ancient Agora, the Parthenon and all main attractions. In addition, while the apartments are peaceful, all fun and buzz of Athens is within a few minutes walk. Owner is a wonderful person proud of his apartments and thinking of every little detail and improves every single year! Definetely...

The primary appeal for me was location and price. Every day, I was able to walk around the old city (Agora, Acropolis, Museum, Hadrian's something, etc.) from the apartment arriving in 5 minutes or less. In addition, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. - very convenient. The price is relatively low because the place is very small. But, it is extraordinarily well designed. You have a comfortable bed, small kitchenette, desk, luggage store etc. It really is a marvel in design and I will be staying there again and recommend it highly. Stayed at the loft. Very inhospitable and dirty environment. Definitely not value for money. Everywhere there are signs “don’t do this” “don’t do that” destroying the experience. Booked the place through airbnb for three and because the aparthotel was empty, got accused that we were 8 and organised a party of 15 in order to extract extra 500€ Also got accused for destroying cheap and already broken equipment such as towels with holes and old furniture.
