Iosifinas Boutique House — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

Spent a lovely few days at this house. Travelling with my wife and her parents, this house was ideal for a number of reasons:

1. It is in the heart of the old Venetian town but still very quiet. The mattresses and beds are wonderful and there are three modern bathrooms. The rooms black out with the window shutters and one sleeps wonderfully.

2. The public car park is at the end of the street.

3. There is a lovely breakfast table.

4. It is new, spotless, fresh and characterful with wooden beams and thick walls.

5. The owner Lilian is charming and helpful.

As someone who can be a bit fussy, I would recommend this without...

Wir (Mutter, Vater und 3 fast erwachsene Kinder) waren in den Oktoberferien bei Lilian in Iosifinas Boutique House zu Gast und es war einfach nur perfekt. 👌 Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war super. Lilian ist eine sehr charmante, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn wir zB. Hilfe mit dem Safe oder Tips mit Taxis, Leihautos etc. brauchten. GoogleMaps zeigt leider das Haus gegenüber als Zieladresse an, dank Lilians Foto vom Eingang, haben wir's dann doch gefunden. 🤭 Wir kamen Abends sehr spät an, mit self-check-in kein Problem. Der Kühlschrank war mit kühlen Getränken und selbstgemachtem Wein bestückt und der Tisch mit kleinen liebevoll arrangierten Snacks gedeckt. Lilian hat uns sogar mehrmals mit sehr leckeren lokalen Frühstücksspezialitäten überrascht. 😋 Die Unterkunft und Ausstattung ist top, wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber, authentisch und originell. Lilian's Design und das Handwerk ihres Mannes Elias passen ideal zusammen. Die Lage könnte für mich nicht besser sein, in der Altstadt gelegen, Fußgängerzone, niedliche ruhige Gassen mit vielen kleinen einladenden Cafes, Restaurants und Lädchen, trotzdem sind es zum Parkplatz Talos Square und zum idyllischem Venezianischen Hafen nur je 2 min, zum Supermarkt und zur Hauptgeschäftsstrasse über die Venezianische Mauer 10 min und zum schönen Nea Chora Beach am Ufer entlang nur 20 min zu Fuß. Ich würde sagen, Iosifinas Boutique House ist die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher hatten. Einfach top, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. We had the most amazing stay in Chania and this accommodation had a lot to do with it! It’s in an excellent location, clean, spacious with all the amenities you need for a holiday.
