I recently stayed at Old Town Suites and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping was top-notch, and I’d especially like to commend Mrs. Moda for her professionalism and warm attitude. She ensured the room was spotless and made me feel welcome with her friendly demeanor.||I’d also like to highlight the excellent service from Ms. Ada, the bartender. She was very polite, professional, and helpful. Her kind and attentive approach made my time at the bar comfortable and enjoyable.||A special thanks as well for allowing me to store my luggage at the bar opposite the accommodation until my airport transfer. This small gesture made my departure much more convenient and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the support.||The location of Old Town Suites is excellent—everything you might need is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and bars. Most nearby bars close around 2 a.m. While there was some noise during the night, I personally didn’t mind. However, if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a minor inconvenience.||My only disappointment was the lack of communication from the accommodation management. Unfortunately, I received no response to either message, which was frustrating and unexpected given the otherwise high standard of service.||Despite this issue, I had a great stay thanks to the dedication and kindness of the on-site staff. With improved responsiveness from management, this accommodation would be even better. I definitely recommend Old Town Suites for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and prime location in the...

Read moreNo communication from the hotel how to check in. Not in the description of the hotel, that the room is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. We had 3 huge suitcases and that made difficult to carry them. Room was very hot, even though there was an AC. The door downstairs was not working (broken down), so every time we were returning back to the hotel, we had to go to the cafe next door, to ask for support. I’ve trying for more than a week now, to get the invoice, without any success. I’ve already sent 5 texts through booking.com and I have made 4 phone calls (to a very polite person) who always says that they will send it to me, once we hang up. Update: after two weeks...
