We spent 2 nights in this hotel during earlier November. These are some observations/feedbacks from us: 1. The sound proofing is not good enough. At night we constantly hear the switches clicking sound from other rooms, strong wind, the door banging noise and even noises from the geese and donkey near the hotel, which disturbed our rest. 2. The aircond heater is not working. The very kind staff did help us to adjust the heater, but to no avail. Night of early November is still very cold, we are sad that it is not working as expected. 3. There is no bathroom door. So imagine you have to shower in a room with no heater, it’s freezing! There is no hook or anything to hang the towel too, weird enough. 4. The sockets and plugs are not working too. We found a few which are not working, including the one nearby tv where they place the kettle and coffee machine. In the end we have to bring the kettle and coffee machine to another socket to make beverages, very inconvenient. We informed this to the receptionist on first day, and she told us the maintenance will check it on second day, but seems like nothing is done. 5. The location of this hotel. You have to walk 10-15 mins on the dusty roadside where many cars pass by. It is too far from the town and no other means of transportation unless you pay 35 euro to hire a driver. The staffs are indeed friendly and helpful, the view from hotel is spectacular too, but we think they can work on the points mentioned above, cheers!

I had such a wonderful stay at Balius Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made our stay extra special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful details that made us feel at home. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking — waking up every morning to that scenery was unforgettable. I also really appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff were during our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Balius Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos. I can’t wait to come back!
