From the moment we arrived at Icon Hotel Mykonos, we knew we were in for something special. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and it’s safe to say that our time in Mykonos wouldn’t have been nearly as incredible if we had stayed anywhere else.||First and foremost, the staff were absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to Sehar and Aris at reception, who were so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really set the tone for our stay.||We also want to give a special shoutout to Julia, who kept our room spotless every day with a smile, and Alex, who looked after us at the pool bar during the day – his service and energy added so much to our time by the pool.||The location is perfect – just a short walk to town, which meant we could explore Mykonos without spending a fortune on Ubers (they’re expensive on the island).||And the views… absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sun and sea every morning was a dream. Add to that the delicious breakfast we enjoyed daily – fresh, beautifully presented, and a great start to our days.||Icon Hotel isn’t just a place to stay – it’s part of the reason we fell in love with Mykonos. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality. We’ll...
Read moreWe stayed in room 5 (icon pool suite) for our honeymoon. The room was huge and the private pool with sea view was stunning. The hotel is raised from the road below (not busy or noisy) which gave a sense of privacy and seclusion. The staff were helpful, talkative and kind. The bar was expensive however there was a convenience store 2 minutes away so we bought our own drinks for the room. Breakfast (included in price) was pre ordered the day before, delivered to your room at a time of your choosing, and included the following which which each person could order one item of: bread/pastries, diary (milk, yoghurt), cereal (granola was amazing), salad and fruit, egg (the kayana eggs were the best), meats, cheese, and juice. It was too much for breakfast so we ate the egg item for breakfast and saved the rest for lunch. A beach was also 2 minutes away - it was rocky and we both cut our feet on the natural rock platform at sea, so be careful. Mykonos old town was a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a hidden route along the sea front towards the windmills which doesn't appear on Google maps - it was the best way to walk into town. Overall, it was a perfect week and we wished we'd...
Read moreIcon hotel is a hidden gem! I stayed there for the first time this July in Mykonos. The view is gorgeous from the balcony as it overlooks the ocean. The room is equipped with everything you may need during a stay. The hotel is conveniently near Old Town and Little Venice (walking distance) which makes it easy to check out all the shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Special note to Jo at the front desk for being so kind and providing us with recommendations. Whenever we had a question, she was happy to answer and always greeted us with her warm smile. Also, a note to Alex who served us breakfast in the morning and lunch by the pool. He was professional and provided excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel in the...
