Our room was fine, it was fine for last minute and the location was great. The staff who showed us our room seemed nice, but there is no breakfast as advertised on google and the wifi didnt work. These in my eyes are all forgivable because frankly we were only there one night and I don’t care that much! However, I did feel the need to write an email to the hotel to ask for some kind of compensation because there were honestly probably a total of 50+ mosquitos in the room. I could see they had been an issue because there were some dead ones on the walls from previous people killing them, and there were a couple of plug ins in the room. Every time I killed a few it would seem like 10 more appeared. I messaged what I thought was the number for the hotel over text, which turned out to be the wrong number and a landline so they never received it. The hotel management very proudly stated that there was nothing they could do for me because I never asked for help, even though when we went out for dinner and left in the morning there was no one at reception to help us. Their communications over email has been frankly appalling and embarrassing. I have attached a comment of theirs to demonstrate the lack of customer service here, when I expressed that I’d need to leave a negative review unless this was properly addressed. It seemed as though the mosquitos stopped when we covered the floor drain with a bath matt. I would avoid this place at all costs, unless you want to be covered in bites for the rest of your holiday and then be told it’s your own fault because you didn’t speak up the right way.

This charming hotel is great in so many ways; Ireni, the owner is so helpful and friendly, the rooms are lovely as is the whole hotel, it's off a beautiful old city street that's nicely paved - easy to pull your luggage, it's a 5 minute stroll to the big square but quiet and the prices are good. Ireni leaves a complimentary bottle of wine, water fruit and some nice sweets, and a variety of coffees and tea. Hygiene standards are very high here and It shows. Protective covers on all controls and a list of measures she has taken to ensure a Covid free visit. One reviewer said it was a 5 star experience in a 3 star hotel and I agree completely!

I've stayed in some pretend boutique hotels in greece but this one is horrendous , I would not let my Highland terrier sleep here. A room window blocked by a blind, aircon, tv that overhangs wall so you actually head butt it. Bathroom plastic roller door you can see thru, so wife/ husband you can see when they are on the loo. Wardrobe door that you can't close. A blind up at the window that's covered in staines. The whole experience should be advertised as a night in a prison cell. Don't be fooled by the photos it's awful. We woke up this morning and thought we now know what prisoners feel like.

For the active traveller who wants to see the cultural side of Rhodes, this is a delightful boutique hotel with exemplary service. Irene who seems to have many roles, is a role model for how a host should be, nothing was too much trouble for her, she arranged a PCR test for me on a Sunday and gave me a packed breakfast before I left early in the morning.||||The rooms are a little small, but with many generous touches, such as complimentary house wine, orange juice and nuts. The towels are fresh and fluffy, the wifi and a/c work well and there are plenty of international sockets (one or two upside down!). A generous full continental breakfast is served in the modest courtyard. ||||The only downside was the lack of a proper shower, there is a large bathtub in the centre of the room which comes with a shower attachment but this has to be hand held and the water takes a while to fill the bath. Its probably better to ask for a room on the second floor as noise does travel a little from the reception area. ||||Overall, this was a delightful stay for two nights to experience the Old Town and its...

Old Town Senses'a ve harika ev sahipliği için Nikos'a çok teşekkür ederim. Old Town'un curcuna içindeki merkezine 5 dakikada yürüyorsunuz.
