Spent 7 nights at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel and it was excellent - from the comfort of the room (a City room so relatively basic) to the location (right in the centre), to the staff (full of recommendations). There are alot of really nice boutique hotels in Thessaloniki but I didn't regret staying here. The bed was so comfortable (especially for an afternoon nap!), the shower hot and powerful and the room relatively well sound-proofed (at least we didn't hear anyone upstairs which is so common in hotel rooms these days though some noise from the corridor). We missed a balcony but we were out most of the days so it was not a deal-breaker. The City room has a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine, a hair dryer that was not very powerful but did the job, enough wardrobe space with hangers and a safe. We were not at all fans of the glass bathroom wall but quickly closed the curtain that blocked the view from one room to the next and kept it closed until we left. It does require some trust as the curtain is on the outside of the bathroom! The room also has a handy tablet – use this for all of the info you might need during your stay. Breakfast was good – fresh OJ and eggs on request and though we didn’t eat there, the restaurant has a good and reasonably priced menu. The hotel has a small gym which in the end we didn’t use as it was in the basement and not the most inspiring space but they offer some great massage services and even a 30min back & neck massage is well recommended. Location-wise, the hotel is 30metres from a very lively square with numerous bars (the bars in Thessaloniki are super cool and behind graffiti’d shutters that you wouldn’t even imagine) and 5mins walk to the main eating and shopping areas and the seafront. It’s very well located though a Google maps search doesn’t do it justice, trust me, the location is excellent. If you plan to go to Thessaloniki to go to the beach, you have to go to Halkidiki (at least 1h10m away by car). It’s worth it but note the hotel is for a city stay and to grab some sea and sun, hiring a car and heading South is a must. (Recommend Auto365 for this). Would certainly return and...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elizabeth Boutique during my visit to Thessaloniki for a hair transplant, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine care for my comfort. They were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs throughout my stay, making what could have been a stressful trip far more enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was truly remarkable. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably maintained. It’s evident that the management takes great pride in upholding high standards of hygiene and presentation, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. My room was not only spotless but also well-appointed with modern amenities that made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring that all my needs were promptly met. Their attention to detail and personalized service truly made me feel like a valued guest.
Moreover, the hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to the key points of interest in Thessaloniki, yet maintaining a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for rest and recovery.
In conclusion, my experience at Elizabeth Boutique was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki, whether for business, leisure, or, like in my case, medical travel. The combination of exceptional service, immaculate accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere ensures that I will definitely be returning...
Read moreExcellent customer service worth 5* hotel - one of the best service we've ever had.||During the 1st day of staying we discovered a technical problem with the conditioner in our room. Since the technician was not available that day the hotel managed to put us in different room of higher standard that we enjoyed greatly (Corner room - amazing room, by the way). The problem was solved within an hour and made us impressed.|Amazing coffee at breakfasts, delicious omelets, natural honey (not some syrup). In general, breakfasts were superb (nothing luxury - but common food of very high quality (mushrooms, sausages, different kind of eggs, great collection of nuts, yoghurt, etc.). |Location - couldn't be better. Everything is 7-10 minutes on foot. We personally didn't want to stay on the main sea-road street as it is very crowded and noisy, and this hotel (more inside the neighborhood) is located in quiet area, but very close to everything.|P.S. If you go to Thessaloniki for gastro tour (like us) - this hotel is the best choice as it is located in Ladadika area - popular for food & drinks (the best tavernas/ bars/ restaurants).||To sum up, if we ever go to Thessaloniki again - we will surely choose Elisabeth...
