Elitoz Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

I can't even begin to express how great this place was! Vangelis, the front desk manager was the primary reason this stay was so phenomenal, he went above and beyond in every aspect and was always so friendly and helpful. He talked to us all about the island, the do's and don'ts, where to go, what to see and what to expect. We brought beers to the pool and he went and got us an ice bucket to keep them cold and he lugged our two big suitcases up a ton of stairs all the way to the room at the very top of the hotel. He always asked us how our day was, what we did and if we enjoyed it. I have never felt so taken care of by a hotel! He even gave us his cell number to call at all hours for anything (which of course we did not abuse). Beyond just the amazing level of customer service, they serve you breakfast in your room every day of anything you want & as much as you want. There's a jacuzzi on the balcony and our room had the best view looking out over the caldera. It was an amazing spot to eat breakfast, drink a bottle of wine and relax! The AC worked ridiculously well and unlike other Greek islands we've stayed on, they allowed us to cool the room all day long (vs having to use your key to turn the AC on and just be miserable until it finally cools down). They even cooled our room down before we got there! It's steps away from the walking path at the Oia town center - super convenient location. What a gem, we are so lucky to have found this place & cannot...

We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Santorini, and staying at Elitoz Suites in Oia was truly one of the highlights. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.||The location is absolutely perfect — tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet only a short walk to the heart of Oia’s stunning views, shops, and restaurants.||Our suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The private jacuzzi was a luxury we enjoyed every evening, and the outdoor fresh-water pool was ideal for relaxing during the day.||Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, served with attention to detail and a personal touch. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Evengios at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable — he was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed.||We’d also like to give a big thanks to Paros, the manager, who clearly runs this place with care and passion. The entire team made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish.||We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Elitoz Suites again — and highly recommend it to anyone...

Ok ! So ! The moment we have received our room key it became heaven ! Nobody bothers you unless you need something! Private free parking with your own access fob , free breakfast to your room a la carte , even if you requests it just before 11am ! You still get it , never experienced such a service. Specious rooms , private hot Tube , air conditioning, heating just anything you want , really . And most important person which was looking after us ! MARIA! ❤️ Even we don’t have that much patience to ourselves lol , when hotel became less busy she gave us free upgrade room without us even asking ! Let us check out late as our flight was in the evening ! If your dream holiday would have a name it would be MARIA and Eliotz Suites !!!!
