DO NOT STAY HERE – SCAM ALERT

This is hands down the WORST accommodation experience I have ever had. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading – what you get in reality is nothing like what’s advertised. The host, Efraim, responds to your messages until he knows you’ve checked into your room and then completely ignores your messages once and offers zero support.

There’s no signage to even find the place when you arrive, and when you do, it’s a nightmare. Our room (no. 23) reeked of mould, had no ventilation, and was filthy. The pillow case had blood stains on it. Outside the door were piles of dirty towels, trash, and cleaning supplies left in a disgusting mess. Inside, the beds were rock-hard and uncomfortable, the towels and sheets were stained, and everything in the room was old, broken, and never replaced.

The shower was covered in mould, making it a literal health hazard to stay here. When we asked for clean towels, the host left us on read and never responded. To make it worse, they don’t tell you until after you’ve booked that housekeeping costs an extra €5 each time – an outrageous scam on top of the already false advertising.

This business preys on people who fall for the fake photos and reviews on Booking.com. If you’re reading this, PLEASE save yourself the stress, money, and health risks – do not book here, and cancel immediately if you can.

This hotel is terrible Although the service was decent before we entered the hotel,after we entered the person at reception,Efraim, did not give us, both an electric kettle nor a hairdryer. We stayed at room4 where there were two single beds and one queen sized bed The two single beds were small and uncomfortable,the bed was very hard and the pillow was too soft We thought that the pictures looked good and booked the hotel but the hotel looked nothing like the pictures The place was hard to find and had a lot of litter around it The TV was broken and the toilet was moldy the hangers were unusable The towels and pillows had weird yellow spots on them and the blanket had blood stains on them The place was terrible and the absolute worst accommodation ever IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD HOTELS AT THE SAME LOCATION THERE ARE PLENTY MORE TO CHOOSE FROM Spoiled my trip experience, never...

Indecent, disgusting, and the host doesn't care. The cave, because it is what it is, smells terribly damp and moldy. As soon as we arrived, we informed him of the situation and sent him photos of the room's condition. He told us there was nothing he could do, that it wasn't possible to move us to another one (they had more available on Booking.com), but he didn't send anyone to clean this one either.
