Mardanza House — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

The jacuzzi changed my blue swimsuit to a bleached out blue like there was bleach in the jacuzzi. THE BED IS TRASH and should be illegal it's so hard you feel all the box springs for 450 Euro a night shame on the hotel I'm sorry the beds need to go and lost a star in my review. Sleep comfy is a must in any 5 star. Also, the jacuzzi is loud. u can hear ur neighbors use theirs when u sleep. Also, it's not soundproof . There was lots of hot water .. The hotel was super clean. Customer service was quick and responsive. They also can offer a regular adapter for charging things. The suit had a little stove burner, which came in handy. They have no microwave. They shower is very small. Going to the room upstairs was very weird. Going into the bathroom is the only time u don't have to worry about ducking. I banged my head 5 times, lol. I would totally stay with Mardanza house again.. please look into new beds. Thanks from all...

We 3 people stayed here for 2 nights. It was a kind of duplex with 1 bedroom downstairs and open space with big bed on mezzanine floor, and warm plug pool outdoor. The apartment was spacious and they provided completed amenities, small kitchen with stove and utensils, refrigerator, many toiletries items, and a heater as well.

We found the host very nice that allowing us to checking in early before noon after our flight landing. Otherwise, we would be a bit trouble have to carrying our baggages along. The check out time was 11am.

The location is convenient in Imerovigli, not far from bus stop, super market and some restaurants.

Z przykrością składam reklamację dotyczącą pobytu w apartamencie. Standard obiektu znacząco odbiegał od oferty i ceny. W trakcie pobytu stwierdziliśmy następujące poważne uchybienia:

obecność karaluchów na tarasie,

zapadające się łóżko z powodu braku desek,

toaleta w bardzo złym stanie technicznym (odchodząca farba, podłoga pomalowana farbą zamiast wyłożona płytkami),

brudne materace, które od dawna nie były czyszczone,

konieczność długiego oczekiwania (ok. 30 minut) na podgrzanie wody do kąpieli,

niedziałające jacuzzi,

niedziałające WiFi.

Ponadto obsługa menedżera była skrajnie nieprofesjonalna – zamiast udzielić pomocy w rozwiązaniu problemów, zostaliśmy oskarżeni o próbę wyłudzenia. Taka postawa sprawiła, że cały pobyt został nam zepsuty.

Uważam, że warunki, w których byliśmy zakwaterowani, były niezgodne z opisem i nieadekwatne do ceny. W związku z tym proszę o stosowną rekompensatę...
