We went to this restaurant with my family. We had seen their menu on their website and made a reservation because it looked good and the prices seemed reasonable. When we arrived, we found the restaurant was located all the way down with many stairs, which was difficult for my grandmother. Once inside, we saw the menu and the prices were very expensive — for example, a kebab was €25, and many dishes were €35–40. We thought it was pricey, yes, but at least we expected the food to be good. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The tuna was so bad that we couldn’t eat it. We then ordered three burgers, thinking they were actual burgers 🍔, but they turned out to be two steaks — one under blue cheese sauce and the other on top. It was eatable but not good, especially for what we paid. The manager showed us a “new website” with the good prices, but it’s impossible to find anywhere online. All we could find was their old website with the old menu. The view was beautiful, yes, but it will never justify such prices. We...
Read moreWife and I were seated and not given menus, about 5 minutes later two other tables were seated, given menus, drinks brought.. Finally I had to get up and ask for menus. This is a small place it's not like they didn't know we were there. Ordered food and sparkling water which once again everyone else was getting drinks but somehow walking the bottle of sparkling water ten feet from the refrigerator wasn't a high priority for us. My wife's drink had straws that were cracked and thus didn't work (not using a straw wasn't an option as drink was in a pineapple) when we politely asked for a new straw explaining the broken state the waitress was very rude stating " they are all the same" finally very passive aggressively she brought over a handful ( hands all over) of about thirty straws to choose from. Steamed clams finally came, tiny and mostly empty shells. We were the only ones eating, spent 91 euro and had the worst service while everyone else seemed to get their...
Read moreAwful experience. It started by the servers not wanting to give us a section by the windows, although the place was empty. After much back and forth they relented but as soon as we sat down I knew it was a mistake. This place does not, in any way represent Greek hospitality or gastronomy and this is coming form a Greek. Food is way overpriced and they rip you off on top of that. They charged us 12 € for 12 slices of bread, unheard of for a Greek restaurant! When we pointed that to the server she actually laughed sarcastically and said that these were counted as six servings of bread. I know we are paying for views but this was way out there. No Greek host would treat guests this way. Never again would I go there, major...
