Fantastic hotel in the heart of Antigua! The location was incredible, everything was right outside our door. ||||We booked a standard King size bedroom, and were given one on the first floor. Everything was immaculately clean inside. The furniture was vintage and we felt like we had gone back in time (in a good way). The bathroom was HUGE, we had both a shower and a separate bath tub. The only negative for us was that the only window in the room faced the inside of the courtyard... so we felt funny leaving the curtains open, because we would be eye level with people walking around.||||The courtyard area of the hotel was the highlight for us though. There are plenty of tables and couches to lounge around in and take in the relaxing sounds of the instrumental music and fountain, and be surrounded by beautiful lights. Very surprised of the service and care level of this hotel. I traveled all over the world and this was one of the worst. Emailed them initially 3 times about doing an event in the hotel, no one replied. We traveled from Canada to see different places to do the event in Antigua. We talked to this hotel and went through the details and we were to spend over $10,000 US for the event which we agreed on. After almost a week of no calling us back and only one day before we leave back to Canada the front desk person informs us that they can’t do the event for us anymore. When asked for the reason, we did not get one. The person in charge never called us back. Avoid this place, the service is worse than a one star motel. Just full of lies...

This hotel is probably the best hotel we had in Guatemala. Its a boutique hotel located . .just next to the main square. The hotel looks exactly as in the images. The rooms are spacious and very nice decorated the bathroom is huge. The internal balcony with the nice sofa are a nice place to start the day with a coffee. ||We were a group of friends . The menu breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices. The only issue was how long it took to serve it.
