OYO 11428 Hotel Krishna's Residency — Hotel in Hyderabad

The room's look is good. But they are never too clean to touch everything that's there. The windows and toilets are dirty.

Service is terrible. If you are having much trouble and you ask too much, they won't be behaving well. They turn the water off or sometimes the geyser on the day of check-out. Also, I saw the man getting coffee as a room service. He was peeing on the road in open with coffee in his other hand. He never liked to pour the whole coffee in my cup and always wanted to save it for himself to secretly gulp it. When they come to the room for cleaning, they always leave it dirty atleast somewhere. One staff member used to come directly in the room without knocking if it was unlocked and never apologized.

The location doesn't have the entrance where it is being shown in the map. The entrance is farther away and the delivery and rental cars also find it difficult to locate even after using...

The Hotel has tie ups with all kinds of Autorickshaw drivers, who are paid to get guests to the hotel, so if you are around Hyderabad dont ask any auto driver if this hotel is good or no. ||1) Arrogant Staff always waiting to pick up a fight.||2) Will wake u up every morning by banging at your door and ask you to pay up for the next day or leave.||3) No courtesy shown by the staff.||4) WIFI connection not exisiting||5) The carpet in the room stinks.||6) Hot water in the bathroom is cold enough to be mixed with your drinks.||7) Warning: Please dont touch the taps or u will end up holding them in your hands.||8) The TV connnection is just name sake. Initially, I had doubt about the facilities & service in Krishna's Residency after noticing so much negative reviews on internet. But after staying 7 days in this hotel, I can say that the hotel authority left no stone unturned to serve us their best. And being a budget hotel, their service was no less at all than my expectation. The bed sheets & towels were clean and they changed it daily, they provided OYO special soaps and body wash. The bathroom was clean enough and hot water was available in the morning time. They regularly served two news papers throughout the week. I'll say, breakfasts were okay.

All these services were properly done even after having a linguistic difference with the hotel workers. So my 7 day stay in Krishna's Residency didn't...
