Ordered(ala carte, you may go for the buffet as well)- Mutton Keema pao- a well cooked mutton keema topped with the sunny side up( half fried egg) served in a small pan with soft and crispy butter toasted pav on side. It's the non-veg version of pav bhaji. I really loved it I am a pure non vegetarian 😆😆 so it's really good to taste some veg delicacies in their nveg versions. Mutton was juicy and a little spicy, put some lemon juice drops over it so you can balance the taste of all spices and enjoy.
Chicken Ceasar salad- lettuce tossed with boiled chicken and broccoli with some fresh onions and garnished with water soaked almonds served with my favourite quarter pieces of butter toasted pav. I wasn't able to finish this salad as it was too blunt, so you may garnish it with oregano, chilli flakes and some chaat masala like me if you are a typical indian like me😆😆😂.
Chicken tandoori momos- packed and served in a steel lunch box with 3 chatnis on side.Well they looked and tasted like pan-fried momos I don't know why and not like tandoori momos. Still these ere also soft, chewee and stuffed with well cooked and soft chicken mixture. I wish they could add some mozzarella cheese as well to enhance its taste and make it chicken and cheese momos.
Paneer dosa Quesadilla- well I was thinking why they have added the word Quesadillas with dosa😅 and I understood that when this dish was served for us. It was a paneer dosa but not with sambhar and chatni but with the side dips we get with Quesadillas😛😛😝. There was only one dip among the 3 which some south indian tadka touch which was pink in color.
mutton Biryani- well cooked mutton and rice with some whole garam masala. There were less mutton pieces and more kaleji(liver pieces), I love to eat liver but still missed mutton chaap piece in that😣. They serve it with raita in cutting chai glass and some onions and green chilli on side.
Stuffed paneer tikka-The best among all. This paneer tikka I won't forget ever in my life-time. They had a rich dry fruit stuffing inside the paneer, while from outside the paneer was crispy, soft and tender. This was served with some tandoori capsicum, side onions and chatni. Really amazing flavour of a little sweet stuffing with tangy tikka. Post is up on Instagram-@ him_manav. Do follow us and tell us your experiences too there in comments, would love to read them.
Drinks- kiwi delight(soda base), blue Lagoon(soda base), litchi paradise(water base), mausami paradise(water base) . Desert- Parle G cheesecake- as you can see a very tempting pic in the uploads. You may fall for it but let me tell you it can be one of the most sweetest deserts you have ever had. If you love too much sweetness, go for it otherwise you may rasmalai Panna cotta.
molten chocolate cake with ice-cream - I fell in love with this desert, can eat 10 times in a day. The hot choco lava which just flows out as you start cutting it may give you relief from any kind of stress if you have🤭🤭😇. It was truely chocolaty and went perfect with vanilla ice cream, better than brownie with ice cream. You may look at the stories we have uploaded...

Read moreI am gonna share one of my most beautiful experience which I had recently when I visited the Ibis hôtel Delhi Aerocity , first of the the place is really beautiful and huge. We went to their restaurant named Spice it , the dinning area is big n looks luxurious , we started off from ordering the drinks so they recommended iced tea and orange paradise both were really refreshing moving on to the starters we ordered pan fried chicken Momos ( juicy and tender ) , peri peri prawns - i love sea food I really liked how they cooked prawns as it was tender in taste and the peri peri gravy was so tasty. Now one of the chef recommend me Dosa Quesadilla by hearing that name I was little confused that why are they making a South Indian dish with Mexican dish but I was wrong the dish was such a delight the dosa filled with prawns and it was nicely sautéed with the sauces rolled up in the shape of quesadillas. Then we wanted to try something unique from the menu so we ordered Goan Nari Goreng Rice - now this dish looks so elite as it sounds and I got so thrilled that I had to ask for its recèpe with the chef Ramesh , the dish has half porched egg on the top beneath that there’s fried rice having chicken breasts boneless and some veggies on the side they serve prawn wafers( crunchy ) and on the other side they give you two kebab sticks to make it more delightful , the secret of this dish is recheado Masala , chicken Thai satey and cafreal Masala with broth powder. And finally we ordered a customised pizza having toppings as lamb , pepperoni and chicken tikka with cheese , one of the cheesiest pizza in town with such great crust and taste. After having these many items we were thirsty so ordered pineapple delight and orange cooler and ended our food journey with choco lava cake with vanilla ice cream and Parle G cheesecake , yes I have to say both were such a delight that we thanked the chef later on.
I have to say the place is so beautiful the food is really amazing and the staff there are so humble they make you feel home. I would personally recommend dosa quesadillas , peri peri momos and...
