Inn Between Hostel — Hotel in Pulau Bali

I stayed in two rooms while k was here - the upstairs room and the 4 person hostel room.

Upstairs: shower wasn’t working great but I was able to shower under the foot wash, it was cold but fine. I asked for a bed sheet (as it was just a naked duvet when I arrived) and the kind lady went out and bought a duvet cover. Excellent service. The vanity wasn’t super clean when I arrived but I know they were having A/C troubles so it may have been the electrician.

Hostel: incredible shower pressure and both hot and cold. Form mattress with stable bed frames. Lockers with lots available for lend for security. Only drawback is that there was a weird rock feature in the bathroom instead of shelves to place things. May have been a bit tight for 4 peoples things but we were never more than 3.

Staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Free distilled water and a fridge for your use available. No kitchen. Excellent and very clean pool with Loungers.

My fav part was the people I met there. Absolutely incredible humans. And people kept coming back! Which is always a great sign. They would travel elsewhere and then return.

Breakfast at Mama’s was a huge perk! Also a great place for affordable local food. Yes there is a dog that has an aggressive bark so if you are scared be wary but he never hurt or went at anyone when I was there and I just got confident to walk past him if he was barking. Harmless really. Would...

A place that feels like home!!! I stayed at this hostel (which also has private rooms) for two weeks, and it was a beautiful experience. From the very first day, I felt welcomed and at ease, thanks to Ayu the kindest and most caring host I’ve ever met. Always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. Without me even asking, she regularly changed the sheets and towels during my stay such a thoughtful touch. In the female dorm, there are also lockers where you can safely store your belongings. The place is always clean, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast is included and served at the warung next door really tasty! There’s free hot and cold drinking water available at all times, a fridge, and a swimming pool that was perfect on sunny days. Every morning there was a peaceful, authentic atmosphere that made the stay feel even more special. The location is also perfect close enough to the center to reach everything easily, but just far enough to enjoy incredible peace and quiet when you’re back.. And then, the people!! This hostel is run by friendly staff, and the hostel has a very relaxed atmosphere, with a beautiful pool to cool off in right in front of your room, place to get a tan in the sun.

The location is very convenient between the Yoga Barn and Radiantly Alive yoga studios (probably the two biggest studios with the most diversity of classes), and there is excellent food available within walking distance if you dont want to eat at Mama's Warung (same owner). 2 options for all you can eat buffets (vegan options as well) are just outside. Cheap local eateries are to the south and more expensive raw vegan restaurants are to the north.

What did I not like? The shower water was not hot, which wasn't a problem because is so hot and humid here. The place is kept clean and tidy, but some improvements are possible. Good...
