Definitely aimed at westerners (sells burgers, sandwiches, chips alongside Indonesian food), no locals eating there.
We came here because a more local warung nearby had just closed before we got there and it was raining a lot. We were pleasantly surprised by the crispy Bebek (duck), it was really delicious, freshly made and a lot cheaper than the very famous ones in the town. It took a long time for food to arrive but there is just one or two people cooking (as well as serving) and the menu is massive. It's not the kind of restaurant I wanted to go to (as soon as I see a picture of burgers or pizzas, I'm not interested) but as I said, the duck was good. Read moreWarung Colada is without a doubt the best Warung with traditional Indonesian food that I've ever been to. A local friend of mine, who's been here with me a few times, even said that their Nasi Goreng was the best he'd ever tried in Bali. The place is very comfortable and pretty, the owners are absolutely lovely and friendly, and the service is great as well. I'm a vegan and have been able to choose from several dishes, be they on the menu or slightly altered. I absolutely love this place and the owners, and I can't recommend it highly enough! I also love the location, on Jalan Sukma, just outside of the centre but full of local warungs and such. If you like coffee, I recommend going up the road to UCC (Ubud Coffee Culture) before or after your meal here. The best...

It's just as good as it was in 2019 (fantastic) and I still highly recommend it. The vege nasi goreng is delicious and if you feel like an alcoholic drink the Bali Colada is great too 😁
Just happened to choose this place as we were walking down the street. Ordered the corn fritters, vege mi goreng and vege nasi goreng. All of the food was delicious! (Make sure to add all of the sauces/vege into the meal!) The fried rice and noodles were so much better than anything we had in Seminyak. Very nice clean space too. Highly...
