The listing said there was wifi, the woman who checked us in when we got there said there was wifi- and technically m, there is a Wi-Fi.

If you stand right next to the router you get Wi-Fi, but once you go into your room and close the door there is no more Wi-Fi.

We needed to work while we were there and had to purchase our own internet. When we reached out to the guest house about the lack of service in the room, they ignored us until I contacted them multiple times and then said it was not their fault.

Terrible customer service, rooms felt dirty, would not...

"PF google local guide" Couple of pro y cons that defines the stars: no internet. Its super important on vacation (-) very good location, of course no view at all but near la piazzeta (+) the published apartment is not the same that we got (-) price high for the quality..but everything in capri is expensive. (-) bed linnens needs upgrade or better cleanning (-) bed may need a memory foam (-) the apt in general clean, and big. Not fancy decorated but its ok for a day or two. (+) low water preassure at the shower..but u can shower. (-) good host...

STAIRS! No elevator. Wifi does not reach the room. Complained about wifi, but it was the weekend and they don't have a tech working.

Now with that out of that way, the place was clean and comfortable, with bright colors. AC was working well. No noise complains. It was very roomy. The bathroom was really nice. There was some Capri decor. I really enjoyed it, minus the things on...
