An Incredible Rescue and Impeccable Service! 10/10!

Fuoco dell‘Etna is not just a hotel; it is an example of true humanity and professionalism! My friend found herself in a stressful situation with a cancelled flight in Catania, and I had to urgently find her a place to stay for the night. The booking happened very late in the evening, but the owner, Luciano, immediately contacted me. What happened next exceeded all expectations! Luciano immediately offered to pick up my friend from the airport completely free of charge! Thanks to his prompt help and the free transfer, my friend was able to rest within 30 minutes before her early morning flight. Since my friend was having issues with the internet, Luciano stayed in contact with me, constantly keeping me informed about her arrival and check-in. This level of customer focus is rare nowadays. About the Hotel Itself: Location: Excellent, right in the city center. Cleanliness and Tidiness: Everything was at the highest level. But the main advantage of this place is the owner, Luciano! His attention to the situation, promptness, kindness, and genuine desire to help made this stressful situation as comfortable as possible. A huge thank you, Luciano, for your attitude towards people! Who would have thought that in this historical building, a B&B is housed with a suite! There is only 1 suite among 6 rooms (21 beds total but I'm not sure how it's distributed). Centrally located and walkable to the different sites, I could go out, come back and refresh myself and go out again easy peasy. It was the sweetest suite with an all marble, modern bathroom and a little patio! Of course, I loved the room and slept like a baby all 3 nights! |Luciano, the owner was another excellent example of Catania's warmth. Coming back late at night from a full day/night out, I bungled up (yet again) and couldn't figure out the shower...(it was nothing complex really but just sheer (pardon the word) stupidity from my end. Yet, Luciano, and his business partner didn't even skip a beat in helping me out and was even willing to go to the B&B (that late) just to help me figure it out... eventually, thank God, I was able to turn it on before Alfio (business partner) wasted his time to get to the B&B. The staff are likewise very pleasant and accomodating. |Another place I highly recommend in Catania.. the only thing lacking maybe was a full sized mirror (which any girl would always appreciate)...but even without it, I surely loved every moment of the days...

First of all, the most amazing hosts I ever met. Smiley and helpful people who knows and respect their job and their clients. Easy check in and check out, even though we arrived late at night. The host available in WhatsApp and in person on every demand. Everyday cleaning of the room if you wish. Rooms full of light, clean, renovated and in a very central spot of the city. Really close to all kinds of facilities, including restaurants, mini markets, bus, metro and train station. Late check out on demand. They even let us leave our luggage for hours in a locked safe place!!!!!The room was really nice, considering that all the buildings in the centre of Catania are very old. Wi-fi and free coffee.
