So if you're looking for solid accommodation and don't need so many knick-knacks, but are still looking for something modern and clean, you've certainly come to the right place. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the advertisement clearly stated that breakfast was included, yet upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that there was no breakfast service available. This was highly misleading and frustrating.

Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities. The climate control was subpar, and to make matters worse, the remote for the air conditioner was missing. This was particularly inconvenient as the room was uncomfortably cold.

Furthermore, there were no extra blankets or warm bedding provided in the room, making it even more challenging to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, I found this experience to be far from satisfactory, and I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. The discrepancies between the advertised amenities and the reality of the stay left much to be desired.

Mi dispiace infinitamente fare questa recensione, perché son tornata in questo B&B per la 4 volta,a sono costretta. La prima volta andai nel 2015 con una vecchia gestione e mi ero trovata meravigliosamemte, tanto che lo consigliai a chiunque sapevo voleva andare a Firenze. Quando son tornata l'anno scorso la gestione era cambiata e già le cose non erano le stesse,come la colazione che è scarsa, ma mi son comunque trovata bene. Quest'anno senza cercare troppo ho deciso di tornare lì pensando a 3 giorni splendidi come sempre. Invece.... Partiamo dal fatto che tramite mail avevo chiesto se era possibile avere una stanza in particolare (non era importante sia chiaro ma ho provato) e mi era stato detto che mi era stata assegnata quella, ed invece al mio arrivo me ne era stata assegnata un'altra. Il problema non era la stanza diversa ma il fatto che era molto più piccola. Credo che il mio garage sia il doppio. Il bagno era invivibile! Entravo di traverso nella doccia ed era talmente piccolo che era un problema persino lavarsi il viso. Inoltre il periodo era particolarmente caldo ed un bagno di quelle dimensioni si scaldava tipo forno! Tenevamo la porta aperta per poterci lavare senza sentirci male. Il condizionatore non funzionava e fuori credo ci fossero 36/37 gradi col sole che batteva sulla finestra tutto il giorno. Ho chiamato subito per risolvere questo problema che per me non era una cosa superabile visto che ho grossi problemi di salute e per me il caldo può essere davvero deleterio. Il proprietario molto scortese non mi faceva parlare e continuava a ripetere che la colpa era del caldo fuori, ma impostando la temperatura su quella più bassa cioè 16 non rinfrescava. Vi lascio immaginare il caldo in bagno! Ho dormito lì la prima notte nostante tutto ed è stato un inferno, dopodiché ho prenotato nell'hotel di fronte (che consiglio a tutti dato che le cose sono molto diverse) e ho richiamato il proprietario dicendo che sarei andata via ma avrei tenuto le chiavi per comodità sino alle 14 visto che ormai avevo pagato. Inoltre la stanza è proprio sulla strada e sul mercato di S.Lorenzo. È una strada rumorosissima quindi anche tenere la finestra aperta è un problema (a parte che non dava nessun refrigerio). Al rientro alle 14 per lasciare le chiavi e cambiare hotel con immensa sorpresa ho trovato aria condizionata in corridoio che prima non c'era e condizionatore che funzionava alla perfezione. Evidentemente aveva seguito il mio consiglio e trovato il modo di ricaricare quel condizionatore. Il problema era evidentemente quello visto che lo split era posizionato in una stanza si e no 1m x 1m e qualsiasi tipo nin avrebbe faticato a rinfrescare. La cosa più triste è che io avevo prenotato tramite booking e quando ho aperto la app per fare la recensione aveva cancellato la mia prebotazione dichiarando che non ero mai arrivata, nonostante io abbia fatto un pagamento anticipato tracciato tramite carta di credito, e nonostante io abbia soggiornato 1 notte,e impedendomi di recensire la struttura. Infine non ho mai nemmeno avuto la ricevuta fiscale visto che il proprietario nonostante sapesse che alle 14 sarei andata via, non si è presentato e ha lasciato una terza persona alla reception, che non ha fatto altro che prendere in consegna le chiavi senza una parola. Non un tentativo di appianare, non una scusa. A voi...
