My family and I stayed at the Relax B&B from May 24, 2014 to May 29, 2014. Relax B&B was a very cozy accommodation. The room was spacious, comfortable, 100% secure, very clean and it had a working and quiet AC. It also had a TV, a small fridge and a safe. The ensuite bathroom was really nice, updated and spacious as well. We got breakfast vouchers for the café next door. The location of this bed and breakfast is excellent, within walking distance from the train station. The street is nice and quiet. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay. ||When we arrived, Ludmila did not only welcome us and gave us the key, but also gave us a map of Rome and circled in the map the main attractions we were interested in. She also advised us on how we could get there. She recommended a great area, very well known for its good food: Travestere. This was the first time I was visiting Rome, so her advice was really appreciated. We also met Cristina. She was very kind and helpful too. She gave us advice and tips on Rome. Both Ludmila and Cristina went above and beyond hospitality and made us feel like home. I highly recommend Relax B&B...

Come regalo di laurea il mio ragazzo prenota a Marzo la camera presso questo beb, poiché già cliente da anni e a suo dire, della proprietaria ci si può fidare ( sino ad oggi ). ||In realtà già l'estate scorsa ci recammo presso questo beb che sfortunatamente non poteva ospitarci "a causa di forze maggiori" per cui ci trovò una stanza presso altro hotel, il soggiorno fu piacevole seppur la struttura non quella scelta e prenotata.||Tornando all'anno 2016, arriviamo a Roma e con un sms la proprietaria ci informa di non poterci ospitare nel beb poiché i clienti precedenti hanno rotto il bagno. Ci informa che per la prima notte ritorneremo nello stesso hotel dell'anno prima ( Hotel Camelia ) e per le altre due da un suo amico che ha da poco aperto un beb senza recensione alcuna su trip advisor ne sito internet; seppur straniti accettiamo con l'unica richiesta di ricevere le foto della camera. ||Ci viene inviata una sola foto che non permette di visionare realmente la stanza, per cui chiediamo più foto che permettano di visionare la struttura. Passa la giornata e tutto tace, sicche' l'indomani il mio ragazzo contatta la proprietaria chiedendole ancora le foto.. ||Risposta?||" siete giovani e dovete adeguarvi, mi state dando un sacco di problemi, il nostro rapporto termina qui, spero non ti capiti mai un problema sul lavoro. "||Questo accade alle ore 10.00 del mattino quando il ceck-out dell' hotel che ci ha ospitato e' alle ore 10:30. Per cui ci ritroviamo senza un posto dove stare ( in questo weekend Roma ospita un cantante di calibro mondiale per cui tutti gli hotel stracolmi ) e trattati malamente solo perché 30enni che non si adeguano e perché volevamo visionare prima la struttura in cui avremmo passato le prossime due notti. ||In poche parole la fantastica, educatissima e furbissima proprietaria ha sicuramente ceduto la nostra camera ad altri ospiti a un prezzo più alto, mentre a noi chiedeva un prezzo di favore ( euro 55) dato il rapporto che c'era. ||||Insomma SENZA PAROLE per la FREGANZA ASSOLUTA verso le persone, l'interesse è solo per i soldi.||UNA VERGOGNA!||TUTTI I CLIENTI CHE PAGANO DEVONO ESSERE TRATTATI ALLO STESSO MODO SENZA DISTINZIONE DI ETÀ E NON MESSI ALLA PORTA "PER MAGNA' ER DOPPIO".||Consiglio tutti di andare direttamente all'HOTEL CAMELIA :||||Pulizia assoluta||Cordialità eccezionale||Colazione abbondante e varia.||||A MAI...

we booked through hotels.com. needed early check in at 12:40 pm was not a problem at all. communicate with Cristina via whatsapp with arrangements were smooth. great B&B in Roma! around 10 mins walk from termini station which is very convenient plus there are supermarket and several convenient stores within mins walking distance. this B&B is located in a historical building which I believe would be hundred year old at least. super high ceiling with molding around the roof. the small vantage elevator truly make the stay unique if you appreciate the history of it! our room is big enough for three of us. we stayed for 3 nights and room was been cleaned everyday. friendly and helpful host. good wifi connection and basic breakfast items in the morning. highly...
