An Anniversary trip to Rome with a 7 night stay in the fabulous iRooms Pantheon. What a place, what a stay... If you have checked out iRooms, then you will know each room is themed, we choose a Spa Room and stayed in the iLove Room. A great room with a view of the church opposite and complete with a floating bed, hot tub jacuzzi, en suite shower room, relaxing sofa, breakfast table with Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen tv and Philips Hue lighting to set the mood. In addition a secure in room safe to secure any documents, a great air conditioning system, a sweet massage chair and a mini fridge, which is restocked daily with water and snacks... Everything you could need after a day sight seeing in the city. Oh and the memory foam floating bed is simply the best... Perfect place to rest your weary limbs after a day out... You literally sink into the bed and wake up ready for another day in the hustle and bustle of Rome! You get access to free wifi in the room, not forgetting a iPad, where you can control the Hue lighting, set the theme you require and also do some research on the city before you go out and about. It was a huge room, in an amazing building, which is no surprise considering the architecture of the city. Very secure with a main entrance door from the front, leading to stairs and a lift to the rooms. We stayed on the third floor, accessed by another door into the reception area, then on through to the rooms. You get keys for all access doors and can come and go as you please. The staff were on hand to help from check in to check out. Very helpful and attentive service, like the best hotel concierge you could want. We were shown around the room upon check in, the room all set up with tranquil music, ambient lighting and the wow factor. If we needed anything then we could just pop into reception and ask or as instructed upon check in we could use Skype on the in room iPad. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming and always helpful. Nothing was too much bother from guidance to the best places to eat, bus services and arranging a transfer to the airport upon checking out. Breakfast was served daily to your room, we placed a checklist order every day and received a great continental fare in our room at the time selected. We are never really ones for breakfast, usually because you have to get ready and go down early to a restaurant etc... However with the ability to make your breakfast selection and have this brought to your room, we indulged daily and enjoyed starting our day with some awesome breakfast treats. From Mortadella bread, cheese selection, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt and chocolate cake... Breakfast of champions! In addition, if you are leaving your room early to go off sight seeing, then with notice the iRooms team will make a breakfast package for you to take with you or eat before you go... Another great little compliment to a great stay! The hotel location was just the best. We choose it as it was slap bang in the city centre, where pretty much all attractions from the Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Pantheon were around 20mins walk away... The longest journey was to the Vatican City, but one short bus ride and again you were there. A great location in the best city! Staying in the iRooms was like having a private apartment in the City, with the additional benefits of having staff on hand if you need them. Rooms were cleaned daily, in room fridge restocked and with the location... You could not want for better. A great price, great stay and awesome themed room, with many more to explore on another stay. We flipped a coin in the Trevi Fountain on our last day in the wonderful City, this means we will be going back one day.... And when we do we will be staying in iRooms... With plenty of different room to enjoy and the perfect location... Without a doubt this is one of the best city stays we have ever experienced. iRooms... iLove! 👍👍👍

Choose this place for my last couple nights in roma before heading back to my country and I'm glad. I arrived a little early and fortunately I was able to check in before 1pm which I was happy about. The room was perfect size for a solo traveler like me or a couple, maybe something I'd suggest to change is the bed "frame" that's called bubble, because it has literally a ring of metal across the bed that honestly makes no sense to me and I hit it with my leg twice while waking up. A little painful I have to say but for what I understood of the concept, each room is different so maybe the rest of it are just fine. What I wouldn't change and to me it a must of this place, is SERVICE. Karina was such an amazing host. She suggested to me some of her favorite spots in town as well as a great restaurant recommendation in trastevere and some not so touristy churches and spots near downtown. Another plus is that she speaks Italian, english and spanish so, plenty of was to communicate. I'd for sure stay there again when I'm back in Roma! =)

Was attracted by the positive reviews and booked 2 rooms for 3 days. The rooms look exactly like the photos and give a cool impression. Unfortunately they have big problems with fulfilling expectations. I personally still believe in the concept, but the execution really fails. It is no hotel, but a locations where some hours of the day somebody is available. This same person is receptionist, cook, ... etc. First day we had a perfect cook, but he couldn't help with anything else. He didn't speak any English, so he can't even understand what we ask. Except from the first day, breakfast was extremely basic. And that's an understatement. Each of the three days we had wifi problems. Nobody was able to solve the problems. So we had to use our mobile phone with 3G to go on the internet. Unfortunately the ipad on the room that controls the lights also requires wifi, so I presume you understand the problems ! Airco on the rooms is a big problem. The cook informed us at arrival that the temperature on the first rooms was very cold, on the other one very hot. The second room was never cooler than 26 degrees Celsius, although you request 16 degrees and maximum air flow. No fun to sleep there : lots of noise, warm wind blowing and much to hot to sleep. The other room blows the cold airco straight on your head when sleeping in the bed. A perfect place to get a cold ! Nobody could be reached to repair the problems. 10 minutes before leaving for the airport they even tried to let us pay in cash the total amount, although we paid prior to the arrival. They were unable to check our payment (since the internet connection didn't work). Would never ever go there again. For this amount of money I demand for quality,...

A total scam!!! I had booked a room for 2 people with jacuzzi and breakfast included. Hours before check-in, I was informed that there had been an error and they would change my room for a "better one." The place did not look like the photos, everything was very dirty, smelled of rubbish and damp, super noisy, the air conditioning did not work, the light switches did not work and the room had half of the things that the description said. The breakfast is brought to your room. It is not a lounge as shown in the pictures. They offer a time range to bring the breakfast which they do not comply. I requested 8.30 am, which was as early as possible. One day it was delivered at 9.00 am and the other at 10.00 am. Anyway it was not something according to the price that I paid, old products and poor quality. I have breakfast in a bar outside the hotel. The room was extremely noisy. The only positive thing was that they were offered earplugs, but it was not enough. Everything was full of dust and marks hands from other guests. The only thing clean was the towels because they changed them every day. To close the review, they were contacted to me to delete my opinion because it was aggressive and that "I had mistaken the place." They have 4 buildings in Rome. Do not be fooled by the pictures because it is not the reality. Go to another hotel and not with...
